Not genuine

I have filled in several applications, which were appropriate to me, but not one approach to take part in research. The application form is lengthy and I feel they are just gathering my data, rather than having genuine research opportunites.

Typically only a small number of applicants are eligible to take part in each study we recruit for, due to our clients' specific recruitment criteria - but we do always try to prioritise involving people who haven't taken part with us before where possible.

We ask you additional questions on behalf of our clients, who are usually looking for participants who fit a very tight criteria to take part in their research. For example, although we might be recruiting a project about broadband providers, our client might also want participants to drive a certain car or have children of a certain age.

We also ask these questions so that we can notify you about jobs that you’ll be a good fit for in future. When your personal profile is up to date, we can come to you with research that will suit you best.

The switch over was very efficient

The switch over was very efficient. The engineer arrived on the day and time booked and switch over from the old service was almost immediate. They also contacted my previous broadband provider to handle the switch. I am a week into the service and no issues so far. So have given 4 stars as its still early days, and once my deal comes to end let's see if they will offer a competitive deal to existing customers.

Great for savings and planning

Having the Go City pass was a great way to plan our New York trip as well as savings on tickets. Would recommend to anyone visiting New York who wants to visit all the top sights.

Very good service however

Very good service however, delivery and return costs are very expensive compared to other retailers. The item I wanted was reduced and so I could justify the cost.

We are very sorry that you are not pleased with our delivery and returns fees.

As we are a flash sale company it does mean that if you order from multiple sales you may receive multiple parcels. However regardless of the amount of parcels dispatched there will only be the one charge.

Please be assured that if all items from one order are being returned than the initial delivery fee will also be refunded. You can create a pre-paid return label within your account online. Please note that you are not obligated to use these labels.

The refund would be processed within 7 days of the date the parcel is received at our warehouse. Please always keep your return tracking receipt whether you use our return label or your own.

Orders are not safe

As per previous reviews, Evri delivers extremely poor service. Packages are left in unsafe places despite instructions to leave in a safe place. Never bother to knock or ring. Recent parcel had already been opened and paperwork was missing. Maybe the drivers are under pressure to deliver a quota of packages.

Further to your reply, you already have my feedback on your service and what requires improving. The retailer is aware of your poor service.

Consistently bad

Consistently bad. Couriers never bother to ring. Leave parcels in exposed places despite instructions to leave in a safe place.

Good savings on Theatre and Cinema…

Good savings on Theatre and Cinema tickets.

Also, a huge thanks for your help in changing some theatre tickets, as we wouldn't have been able to go otherwise.

I post parcels no stars

Terrible service. My parcel was supposed to be next day delivery. Didn't arrive. Didn't arrive the next day. Tracked it both by phone and online, phone info said it was at the delivery depot. Impossible to get hold of Customer Services, sent messages via online help. Only got an automated response. Eventually managed to get hold of the depot number to check where my parcel was, they took ages to find my parcel. They claim they couldn't track it because the pickup depot didn't have a weight for the item. Yet I am able to track it with just a consignment number and postcode. First time experience of this company - never again!
