Bare dårligt. Aldrig igen! ALT for laaaaaaaaaaaang vente tid. Ringe sushi, der var klasket sammen så det ikke var rigtigt lækkert. Måtte gå til sidst uden at have fået den mad vi gerne ville grundet vente tid. Og man kunne så heller ikke få en øl til sin mad? Det sted er en KÆMPE joke - hold dig væk, langt væk.
Stay away from this company!!!!! We payed 75€ for three days. And when returning the car we were charged an extra 105€ for delivering the car 3 hours later - EVEN that this where agreed in beforehand… totally not ok. Had to pay for additional driver as the one ordering the car on the internet is per default driver number One, this can not be changed. Further when ordering via broker on the internet the state that insurance is included- but when picking up the car at Drivalia, one have to pay for insurance. Just stay away from Drivalia, bad business morale.

- Tjeneren spurgt før vi havde bestille maden om vi skulle have kaffe, fordi de ville gerne gøre kaffemaskine ren, what? - ikke særligt hyggeligt sted - alt alt for dyre drinks - mad ok, men ikke mere end det og ikke forhold til pris - generel dårlig oplevelse ift pris ..! - bare dårlig oplevelse - bliv væk
Desværre en rigtig dårlig oplevelse. Måtte betale for baggagen IGEN. Vi havde betalt for bagage på nettet da billetterne bliv købt, men KIWI.COM havde ikke betalt pengene for baggagen videre til Primera Air, så vi måtte betale igen i lufthavnen - denne gang kr 800,-. Og det er kun for den næste flyvning og således ikke hele vejen frem til distinationen og er heller ikke betaling for hjemturen. Det er grotesk at skulle af med så mange ekstra penge. Går hele vejen for at få mine penge retur!!! Jesper ---ooo0ooo---
Efterfølgende god opfølgning fra KIWI.com. Har fået pengene retur. KIWI har ringet og fulgt op gentagende gange, hvilket har været tilfredsstillende. God telefonisk samt e-mail dialog.

We checked your reservation and baggage were added to all your flights. Dear Jesper, this is a just a brief update of your case. As we found out within a couple of hours, the issue was with the airlines. However, because we take our customers interests to heart, we did not want you to bear the consequence of the airlines' mistake. For this reason, we refunded you this double baggage fee and to save you the time and the energy, it will be us dealing with the airlines.
