No one attended PPC call scheduled for 11:00am…

We had a PPC call scheduled for 11:00am this morning. I attended the meeting as agreed. PPC manager and VS Team failed to attend. No cancellation was issued and no notice was provided.

Given that we are still paying for this service, despite having already agreed to stop running PPC activity, I find this behaviour completely unacceptable. If the meeting was not going ahead, it should have been cancelled.

Failing that, the very minimum expectation is the common courtesy to attend a meeting that you arranged with a paying client. Not turning up without notice is unprofessional and further reinforces the ongoing concerns around how this account has been handled.

For the avoidance of doubt, if Visualsoft continues to invoice and collect payment under the contract, then our account remains active and subject to the full scope of services and account management obligations contained within that agreement. You cannot lawfully continue charging while simultaneously refusing to provide support, account management, or attendance at scheduled meetings.

If your position is that the account is no longer supported, then billing must cease immediately. If billing continues, then service delivery must continue. There is no third position. Contracted or not.

This is yet another example of the lack of organisation, accountability, and basic client care we have experienced.

I expect a full explanation for this failure and written confirmation of your position.

Avoid Visualsoft at all costs.

As a long-standing business client, I can say without hesitation that their service is absolutely appalling. Their PPC account management is a joke, completely incompetent, mismanaged for years, and so poor that our new PPC manager had to literally schooled their staff on how to run a campaign. They literally count say anything to back up their incorrect data. Of which they were running SEO and campaigns on!

SEO? Non-existent results, wasted budgets, zero strategy. Backlinking is paramount, we got ZERO!

What’s worse is their attitude: Visualsoft clearly prioritises milking every last penny from clients over actually delivering results or acting professionally.

Repeated failures, ignored advice, and ongoing mistakes were met with deflection and excuses, not one ounce of accountability.

Protecting a few months’ revenue matters more to them than long-term client success. That’s not service—it’s exploitation!

After years of frustration, we terminated all PPC work immediately and took control in-house because continuing with Visualsoft was unbearable. Their behaviour is disgraceful, their management abysmal, and their ethics totally questionable.

If you value your business, your budget, and your sanity, stay as far away from Visualsoft as possible. They are the worst marketing agency I have ever encountered.

Do not fall for their “reach out to your account director” line, they won’t, and they simply do not or cannot help. We have no interest in further discussion or apologies. This review is a final record of their appalling service.

Dismissing sustained PPC and SEO failure as a matter of “different lenses” is precisely the problem.

Visualsoft continued charging while failing to deliver competent, effective service, and when those PROVEN failures were evidenced in detail, Visualsoft chose denial over accountability. Standing by poor work does not make it acceptable.

Therefore It confirms that termination of this relationship was unavoidable!

UPDATE: 21ST JUNE

AFTER CONTINUAL HASSLING PRIMROSE!!
I continually hassled them on Facebook, Messenger, Twitter and all other social media platforms I managed to get a response from Facebook messenger.

They will not respond very well, normal delay tactics like, we are sorry, let me look into this for you bla bla bla..

I contacted my bank and sent through a dispute and I get a refund, I was not expecting this to be honest so well done HSBC.

They had the audacity to ask me to re-order. I said absolutely no chance of that ever happening and will place my reviews on other accounts to try and prevent people from ordering from this company.

The company was set up in Dec 2022. I will be absolutely stunned if they are around in 12 months time if even that long.

If you do want a resolve, all I can say is do not give up!

State to your bank you have no means of contact and you cannot get a resolve.

Best of luck to those who have missing orders, faulty goods and returns, you will need it!
