Recently ordered a LaDoubleJ silk tunic from Bloomingdales. Instead of sending it they called me to tell me they cancelled my order as they had found stains in the tunic before sending it. They even sent me photos. Not the outcome I wanted, but a great service!

Useless website and app. Every time I try to book a reward flight I get a "technical error". Lufthansa just doesn't care.

Bought a pair of Polo Safety Goggles. They were nice while they lasted, but the lenses fall out randomly. Good luck finding them on the pitch.
