Repeated Unauthorized Charges
Repeated Unauthorized Charges – Avoid Zendrop
I started a yearly subscription with Zendrop in January 2024 and canceled it shortly afterward. Over a year later, on March 19, 2025, I was charged $79 out of nowhere for a subscription I never authorized.
After contacting support, I received written confirmation on April 9 that my subscription was canceled and no further charges would occur. Yet April 10 I was charged again, and May 10 another $79 appeared—showing that new subscriptions were apparently created on my behalf without my consent.
Zendrop repeatedly uses a “5-day refund window” scam: they delay responding to refund requests intentionally, then claim you’re “too late,” even when you reply within a day. This is clearly a pattern of unauthorized billing, manipulation of refund windows, and refusal to honor written cancellation agreements.
I never reactivated any subscription, and my account was supposed to be deleted. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this, Zendrop has continued to charge my account, leaving me with hundreds of dollars lost. My bank was unable to help.
Bottom line: Zendrop’s billing practices are deceptive, manipulative, and untrustworthy. If you value your money and sanity, avoid this company—they will continue charging you even after cancellation and use every loophole to deny refunds.
