Felps turns his head to look at him, but Cellbit is staring at the ceiling.
“Really?” Felps’ hand traces absently over the tattooed Cell on his stomach. “You’d let me do that?”

felps and fuga:
(Sidenote that I consider “qsmp’s fuga” to be a different story than the actual fuga we have access to, with qsmp’s fuga having all the scenes in the fuga we have access to + extra scenes or contextualisation from qsmp)
During Fuga:
-Felps is in like… three scenes one of which he is dead in (lol) so this stuff will be quite basic information. more details later
-Felps is 21 during fuga—same age as Pac
-pretty blunt when talking to pac e mike + tells them to shut up a lot, but his tone quickly loses heat
this scene is him searching them + their cell on behalf of Cell’s orders/a tip Cell gave
-is pretty casual with Cell until Cell threatens him and then is um… “no no no it’s fine it’s fine”. Kind of nervous reassuring
during this scene is tasked with keeping an eye on pac e mike
-if I’m understanding correctly when pac mike and guaxi find out Cell’s phone doesn’t work they want to tell Felps to try and get Cell off their back? then Cell overhears this and kills Felps?

Cellbit: There's Eggs! THERE'S A BRAZILIAN EGG!
