Satisfied Customer

I am a person who doesn't leave reviews but in this case I felt the need to write one. I remember Kelis from back in the day and it was nice to see her in Kenya on her farm doing good and looking good. I'm 62 and have been looking for a product for my facial routine in the mornings and at night. I saw Kelis on Instagram advertising her skin care routine and I ordered the Ultimate Glow Bundle and love the way it makes my skin look clean fresh and clean, then the oil has my face looking so moisturized, and lastly the skin food is great keeps my face hydrated and fine lines melt away I like the product. I did have and issue with another item I purchased was broken in delivery and I emailed customer service and it was replaced with ease. I enjoyed everything I have ordered and will order again.

Do not buy Bounty and Full products

Do not buy this product unless you like poor packaging and being ignored by customer service. I wish I read the reviews first because the problems others have had is the exact problem I’m having. Packaging is horrible. The Black Soap spilled all in the box leaving me only 1/3. The top was not fully screwed on. Sent customer service a few emails that went unanswered. How on earth would I ever purchase more if they ignore communications and can’t ensure proper packaging. These products are not cheap. It’s another form of thievery!!!such a shame when people want to support Kelis. This says so much about how she views her customers.

I placed my order on 8/14 and it says…

I placed my order on 8/14 and it says please allow 10-14 business days for processing. I emailed their customer service inquiring about my order and I received a response stating that my order was in the final stages and it'll be shipped the same day. It is now 9/5 and I still haven't received my order. I emailed their customer service and asked for a refund. It should NEVER take this long to receive a order. I will NEVER order from Bounty and Full again.

Poor customer service

Over a month without delivery, no response—very disappointed

Review Body:

I placed Order #64335 on August 5, 2025, for an expensive bundle from Bounty & Full. A UPS tracking number (1ZV50R100392563723) was issued, but UPS shows the status stuck at “Label Created” with no transit activity. Numerous emails and follow-up attempts since then—no response whatsoever.

According to other Trustpilot reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue:

“I ordered from Bounty & Full on January 23rd 2025… way past 14 days… emailed this company… not received a response” 

“Ordered Overalls in November 2023… I never received an update… more than 5 times… $183 wasted!” 

These comments reflect my own experience, and unfortunately, my order remains unresolved. Given the lack of response and failure to ship after more than a month, I’m compelled to seek a full refund and have opened a chargeback with my bank.

I purchased in line tablets for Arthritis and burcitis through your firm for just l bottle of tablets @$39.95 & when I checked my bank account A payment of $307.088 was taken from my account I have notified my bank who are looking info this fraud.The purchase was a special one over the week end about 2/3weeks ago I’m a pensioner and cannot lose $307.88 for this discussing affair.I’m willing to pay for the one bottle but not at 3

Disappointed : Updated review- Just make your own

First, I want to say I'm a fan and wanted to believe in her product really badly. I placed a order after seeing a video on June 17, luckily I decided to do this order through the Affirm payment option. I got a payment reminder that my first installment was due July 2nd only problem with that by June 27 2025, I had no update about my order for shipment, which with another company through Affirm I would have had received my order by the first payment installment.I understand things take time but a update on order would have been NICE! I reached out to Bounty & Full with no luck of a shipment email update or customer service YET. It's now 7/7/2025. Blessings have it I have the ability to dispute it through Affirm, for product not being received. This is so bad and disappointing. I'm worrying if this is a scam at this point with so many other complaints. GOSH, I wanted this to work and wanted to believe in the product itself at the same time. DO NOT RECOMMEND, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER and ITS TOO EXPENSIVE NOT TOO!!

UPDATE: There was no communication back from customer service in regards to my concern abour shipment but I did receive product on July 18, 2025. So far I have been using the product every day and I dont have bad skin, so I don't see a difference!!!
I ordered thr ULTIMATE GLOW (Complete SKIN-CARE). It really doesn't seems like anything special honestly you couldn't make on your own at home. The small jar is just Shea butter mixed with a carrier oil it smells like turmeric in there (maybe virgin refined coconut oil, bc of texture) and the oil itself is definitely mixed with turmeric oil and and carrier oil. Even tho it's been a short while today is July 28th, I really dont think there will be much of a difference due to the fact I was already using Shea butter daily on face and body. It's seem just to be a stripping cleansing soap (the African soap) and than Shea butter and turmeric for moisturizing and balancing out the face. Too expensive for something so simple. Make your own and save your money.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I’ve been trying for weeks to resolve a shipping issue and no one gets back to me. I’ve sent emails, DMs on Instagram, even tried calling—no response. The phone number listed doesn’t even work. The product never arrived and now I’m stuck with no refund and no one to contact. Super disappointing because I was really excited to try it. Be warned: great product means nothing if the company doesn’t take care of their customers.

Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible. They have terrible communication skills. I placed an order on May 30th and still have not received it or any updates besides they’ll “rush it.” I don’t recommend.

Wondering is the face cleanser supposed…

Wondering is the face cleanser supposed to be a greenish dark brown color because in the video online Kelis is washing her face and the liquid cleanser is clear. Also the rosehip oil has a very unpleasant smell. Emailed costumer service but got no response.

Shocked and disappointed.

It's my fault that once again I order products that dont have a description of the size. Could you make the containers any smaller? The hair food is 2 ounces. One of the bottles - I don't even know what it contains because the label is coming off.
I have not worked for 3 years and finally I started focusing on my health, wellness I spent $300 and don't have enough product to know if it's going to work. How disappointing.

This company was referred to me by a reliable source who had a good experience. I was so happy to support an AA woman in business. Oh well add my experience to the list of disappointed customers! I should have read the reviews before ordering. They will ghost you if there is a problem!

Great Products/No Customer Service

My first B&F order shipped pretty fast. I received it within 2 weeks but was missing one item out of a duo order, a body oil. I emailed B&F and got a response from Kelis herself which was odd since she stated she now had customer service. She stated she would refund the body oil and also send me a complimentary one. I was really impressed at how quick tht took to rectify the issue. Well...the next day I got the shipping notification for the oil and safely received it but no refund still to this day. Very misleading to lie abt the refund on her part. I loved her products so I put a second order in and upon getting the shipping info... the package was reported damaged by UPS in transit and stated they would send the package back to the seller and notified them also. I have since contacted B&F 6 times with no response. Emails, DM and text. Theres also a fake phone # on the B&F IG page. I must've gotten lucky that first time I contacted them. So now I have receipts stating tht UPS damaged the package and will be initiating a chargeback from PayPal to get my money back. I have no other choice. Kelis seems to not have the capital or professional awareness of what it takes to run a business with unforseen issues. She's assuming there will be no shipping problems and has no contingency plans for said concerns. Kelis needs to stop all production until she truthfully has real valid customer service reps to help us customers. I will no longer buy from her which is sad because her products actually are really amazing. I tried. Best of luck to B&F.

I ordered from Bounty & Full on January…

I ordered from Bounty & Full on January 23rd 2025. I received a receipt after my order was placed for total amount $153.33. Under the receipt it has a message-Your order is being prepared and packed up so please allow 10 to 14 days to process all orders — this isn’t a drive thru!

It is way past 14 days, I have emailed this company email address so many times and have not received a response as of yet.

On January 9th 2025 Kelis posted an video under her page stating she now has customer service support and to send an email or DM to the IG account and some one will get back with you in a timely manner. Still waiting for a response weeks later. I have never experienced this before with a company and started doing my research on google regarding this company, on their facebook pages there were multiple people who claimed to never received their order and placed it months ago, I came across BBB and there are multiple on here saying the same thing. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. To me the business seems like a scam! I don’t know what else to other than speak to my bank and see if the can do a fraud case regarding this matter because I never received my order

Order received was INCOMPLETE

I ordered a bundle that was to contain three items in November . I only received one item from the bundle and my shop pay plan continued to charge me for it until it was paid in full . I reached out to the info line for customer service four times . no reply. I am not sure how I will get my remaining two products or a refund and shipping instructions to send back the one item that came. I even went to social media to try and reach someone .. still nothing., how can you have a company that has no accountability but takes peoples money for orders that are not complete while the owner is on social media every day posting videos and traveling the world as if she is running a responsible operation that cares about its customers? Beyond Disappointed and Feeling VERY Ripped Off!
