Great Coaching Program
At first I had my doubts about Caliber considering the cost and the fact I'd never been in a coaching program but after 3 months I must say it's totally worth it for those who are kinda confused or just want some guidance. During this period I have learned a lot, and my coach was very understanding when I temporarily couldn't workout due to medical reasons. Nutrition is on point as well, and if you have any questions you can easily ask the coach in the app

Great experience all around
Great experience all around. I've been working with Caliber for nearly 6 months - my personal trainer experience has been very strong (Quinlan). While he's on a different time zone than me, he's very responsive, gives good feedback, checks in regularly, and comes up with creative ideas on workouts, strength, recovery, and rehab. Having him review my form videos has been really helpful throughout. He keeps you accountable without being annoying. Very strong. The app is solid as well - maybe not the #1 workout app ever, but it allows for enough customization to keep it fresh, but simple enough to use and learn quickly. Overall very pleased; good value for the money in terms of the personal training experience.
Strength Training Made Approachable
I started working with a Caliber coach (Cassandra) after turning 40 and realizing I’d been feeling weaker overall. I was tired of chasing the number on the scale, so I decided to focus on a different goal: improving my lean-to fat mass ratio. I came to fitness later in life—I didn’t start running until my mid 20s, and even then, it’s still a very slow run.
When I tried the Caliber app in 2024, I knew nothing about strength training, so I struggled to build a rhythm, much less a habit. Cassandra (my coach) has been great: she listens to my goals, concerns, and issues and uses that to shape my workouts, progressions, and next steps. We didn’t write a SMART goal about it (even though we should), but I needed to take this in baby steps, which Cassandra has helped me to do.
She explains the why behind her suggestions, and what adjustments I can make on my own, which has made everything feel much more manageable. She’s also created separate workout plans for home and my office (where I have different equipment). She even built a body weight/resistance band routine for me to use while traveling over the holidays—and yes, I actually did a workout in the airport.
Because I have a full time job, a young child, and a doctorate in progress, I asked for 20 minute sessions, and she customized everything accordingly. We didn’t even touch food logging or macros until about a month in, when I asked about it. Every time I have a question, she has a resource or tip ready to go. She’s been incredibly responsive.
The weekly lessons have been super helpful, and working with Cassandra has helped me learn how to get the most out of the Caliber app. I’m not sure I’ll be able to keep up the 1:1 coaching forever because of the cost, but I now feel confident enough to continue with my current goals on my own. And if I ever switch gears and chase true gainz, I’d come back to coaching in a heartbeat. It’s been absolutely worth it.

Better than I ever expected
I am 60 years old and starting to think about healthspan. I see many contemporaries go down hill quickly. I am pretty good about cardio, but I was never very good about strength training. What exercises to do? How often? How to mix it up? What weights to use and how to use them? The whole thing just never caught on for me, and I was always too busy to explore it and keep up on a schedule. I read an article about Caliber, which advised that it was a good program for busy executives. I participated in an interview with a Caliber employee. She asked me many things about my fitness level, schedule, diet and goal. I told her one of my issues is that I get so busy sometimes that I just skip the gym altogether, and then one skip day becomes a week, which turns into a month . . . . She told be that Caliber would design a training program specifically for me and my goals and that I would be assigned a coach who would track my progress, adjust my exercises, encourage me and keep me accountable. Everything they advised me was true and effective. I have made great progress and look forward to every workout. I started on 12/1 and have not missed once in 2. months. My coach has been great, and he provides helpful tips and responds thoughtfully to questions and concerns. I feel great and can see the difference. Caliber is an excellent program, and I highly endorse it!
Cassandra is amazing
Cassandra is amazing. 2 yrs ago I had my 3 back fusion. And I was at 240. Last yr 110lbs with skin so saggy everywhere I looked like a flying squirrel 15 surgeries in 8 yrs, 2 SPINAL CORD STIMULATOR, 2 heart attacks, several nerve ablation, trigger injections,and fibromyalgia every month. In bed for at least 12hrs a day in plaim I also needed to use a cane.
Now 6 months w Cassandra I am at a healthy weight 140 (yes, I was on ozempic - not any more) . Cassandra helped me bring up my daily calories and put me on a strength plan. She was always on top of my pain. DR visits and hospital visits She is concerned and understanding about my recovery and healing. Cassandra responds to me, so quickly. She has great insight and humor. I look forward to chatting with her every week. Motivation. - I am not sure how she does it but I am constantly being challenged and encouraged. I am able to walk, go on small outings, I starting to have a life. I have always HATED exercise and any type of exercises. I crave the gym now. SO BIZARRE. I have an extremely hard time sticking w things that are at times difficult. Cassandra made a huge impact on me and my life right way I will continue w her. I can not believe the difference in attitude, confidence, muscles that are forming, and that I do deserve it. Thank you Cassandra!!!! Your company is very lucky to have a person like her

My Caliber experience over the last 3 months has been spectacular. I've been working with Laura Lee and she is such a delight and so helpful. She helps me create realistic goals to achieve success. Caliber is a great investment in yourself and very reasonably priced.
Excellent Personal Training App
Excellent app - super intuitive and easy-to-use. The exercise videos and instructions are really helpful, and the personal trainer with whom I was pair was super knowledgeable and responsive. When I had questions on my form, I could upload easily upload a video and get immediate feedback. The nutrition advice was also really helpful. I recommend pairing the app with the Cronometer app to track macros. Five stars - I highly recommend!

Caliber represents an app that is so mole yet professional. Backed by people who really know their skillset in fitness, the experience is as tailored as it needs to be for you and you lifestyle. If you want hard, it can be, if you are older and need a more designed plan around your needs, this is also possible. Working with a coach is a great way to achieve your goals without breaking the bank while the app gives you all the tools you need to succeed. The tracking and easy to use interface gives you a great way to keep to your goals. I love the app, my coach and will continue to use Caliber as my app of choice for my unique fitness goals.
50 and the best version of ME
50. That number is what inspired me to be the best version of myself when I turn 50 years old in April.
I started reading reviews for online fitness apps and all the reviews that I read indicated that Caliber was the plan for me! Now I must admit that being “online” with my trainer, kind of scared me because that is not the type of person that I am. However, after doing my research and comparing the price of what it would cost me to have an in person trainer versus everything that Caliber could offer me, hands-down Caliber won!
My experience started with an in-depth interview over the phone. I felt that they really listened to everything that I had to say, and where I was at in the stage of my life along with my goals and I was placed with Shannon, who was also the same age as me and has years of experience behind her. If the entire team at Caliber is exactly like Shannon, they are a power house! I have never felt like just a number to her, nor have I felt like she doesn’t listen to me (I think she knows more about my daily routines, where I am struggling more then my hubby!). I have had the “self critical googles” on at times and Shannon has had the amazing ability to pick me and help me recognize the little wins.
Caliber has thought of everything with their app. Very user-friendly with your workouts tailored to you with videos to show you how to perform each movement. Along with timers for routines, strength scores based off your strength training, endless weekly articles. When Shannon and I had our first meeting, she asked me what equipment I had, and based off my equipment that I had - she tailored my exercises to my equipment.
I am coming to the end of my 12 weeks and I am absolutely renewing for another 12 weeks. This is one of the most challenging but yet rewarding things I have done for myself. It may sound cliche, but I couldn’t be doing this without Shannon and the team behind Caliber. Everything that I was looking for is all bundled up in this little app! Do yourself a favor and don’t overthink and over analyze if Caliber is for you- take it from this little middle aged lady who is going to be the best version of herself in April!!
Impressive results + knowledge and habits for life!
I have nothing but positive things to say about my Caliber experience. I came in as a beginner with no strength training experience and no idea how to implement a program. I knew I'd be doing well to get the workouts done, let alone figure out what to do. After six months, I feel stronger and healthier in body and mind. I can see the difference in the mirror, and more importantly, I look forward to working out because it gives me a boost of energy. I never thought I'd say that! I've learned so much in the last six months from the detailed descriptions and videos of each exercise to the range of topics in the library. My coach has been supportive, thoughtful, and responsive. Whether I'm doing great or ready to quit, she has given encouragement and answers to my multitude of questions. With Calilber, I have gained knowledge and habits that will stick with me for life.
Game Changer
Caliber and my coach Shannon have been a real game changer. I am a very active women in my mid fifties and have been struggling with menopausal weight gain. It seemed like I could exercise a ton and eat very little and I'd still gain weight. Shannon is teaching me that proper nutrition, the right macros, and strength training are the key to getting my metabolism back on track. It's not easy or quick, but in 6 months, I've lost 17 pounds and 4 inches in my waist. I needed something I could follow and a coach that keeps me honest. Thanks, Shannon!
Caliber = Fantastic Coaching, Successful Workouts & Results!
Caliber is an amazing program, with amazing coaches, which helped me gained muscle and lose weight! I'm a 44yo single parent with very little extra time and energy. I was looking for a program that would make it as easy as possible to achieve meaningful results - increase my strength, build functional muscle and stability (despite some physical challenges) and lose weight. With the support and guidance from Mario (my amazing coach), I've done just that. I've lost ~13lbs, 4.5 inches around my waist and have the functional muscle (and visible muscle tone!) I was looking for.
Signing up, I was able to customize the support I needed (male/female, tough love/more supportive, etc.) which meant I was matched with the right trainer for me. The app is unbelievably easy to use to track workouts, the lessons increased my knowledge regarding strength training and diet, and THE COACHING! Mario, my coach, created workouts I can do in the gym, at home, OR while I'm traveling to accommodate my busy life AND my physical limitations. He responds within 24 hrs to every message I send, and reaches out to encourage me when I start slipping. He helps correct my form via video and has updated my workouts to replace moves that wouldn't work for me or suggested modifications.
I've had trainers before but have never been this successful! I haven't been where I am now since I was in my early 20's!! I have recommended Caliber to my family and friends, and would recommend it to you too!
Incredible Personalized and Convenient Training
I have been a fitness enthusiast for my whole life with a focus on regular workouts at least 5 days a week while being thoughtful to nutrition.
That said, signing up for Caliber individual coaching has helped me to reach levels in my fitness, nutrition, and body composition well beyond my expectations in under 3 months. My coach, Tazh, curates thoughtful progressive strength and conditioning programming along with targets for macros and overall calories. She has been very responsive to reviews of form videos, questions and general feedback. The ability to engage asynchronous day to day and catch up in a live call once per month has helped to drive accountability, progress, and fits very easily into my very busy lifestyle. (Working mom with 2 busy kids).
I have extended my coaching beyond the three months because the results have been so significant and can’t wait for my next training block!

Zander Nelson and Caliber Have Really Come Through
For the past 6 months, Zander Nelson has been doing an oustanding job as my strength-training coach, providing all of the support and advice a 71-year old guy with his own decades-long fitness routine (thanks to 20 years working with a terrific local trainer) could ask for along, of course, with weekly 3-session programs focused on three different body zones. I've been particularly impressed with Zander's knowledge and expertise and his ability to articulate the logic of his approach to training. He also shares weekly videos explaining different training, nutrition, and weight-management issues. In passing, Zander has mentioned details of his background as a health professional, which validates his advice. Zander has been open and astute in responding to my weekly feedback and over time worked with me to refine and tailor my training. It's really been a great experience
Good for beginners. Great for advancement.
For years, I was a self-trained ultrarunner who had no strength training regimen (except for a year of CrossFit, where I ended up with an ankle injury that sidelined my running for almost two years). Basically, I had no experience in a traditional gym — and no comfort trying it on my own.
In 2024, I had both hips replaced and was sedentary during the recovery. I gained pounds and lost fitness. The reality of aging hit me when I had enough distance from the surgeries to begin recovery. But I had no idea where to begin.
Caliber has been a lifesaver in that regard thanks to Ginny, my personal trainer from the program. The Caliber app is great — easy to navigate, good analytics, a nice dashboard for progress — but it's Ginny that's made all of the difference. Her support in dietary and training guidance saved me months (maybe years) of trial and error in terms of self-guided learning. She got me on a path and has helped me stick to it (and advance down it) with every consultation.
I feel great and have made significant progress in my goals in the two months I've worked with Ginny on Caliber, and I look forward to continued progress in the future.
The Great Coach Quinn Taylor
1st I want to say I really like the app of Caliber fitness but what makes the app even better is having a trainer. Coach Quinn Taylor by far has been one of the greatest coaches I've had online. He really cares about getting you to your goals and make every effort to meet you where you are and bring you to where you want to be. I dont leave many reviews but. I had to let everyone know who is looking for a great online Coach I recommend Coach Q!!! Any day of the week. Thanks Coach for your motivation, patience and diligence working with me!!
I’ve been using the Caliber Fitness app…
I’ve been using the Caliber Fitness app and have been really impressed. The exercise library is huge, every move has a video, and it’s so easy to build your own workouts and track your reps and weights history over time.
I chose to work with one of their online coaches, Blake, because I wanted guidance on workout structure, form, and choosing exercises that support my knees and bone strength. Blake has been fantastic—really listened to what I needed, tailored everything to my goals, and gave clear, practical advice.
I was skeptical at first about getting form corrections online, but sending videos and getting feedback has worked surprisingly well. Being able to watch myself back and see exactly what needs adjusting has actually helped the corrections stick.
Blake has been encouraging, responsive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience and I’m glad I signed up.
Great for my busy schedule, and keeps me accountable!
I have been working out somewhat regularly for 15+ years and have stayed in decent shape, but never felt like I was properly focused or pushing myself to the level I should be. Looking into conventional personal training, my busy work schedule and family life did not align with any of the options I found. That's when I heard about Caliber. I was hesitant that virtual training would not be what I was hoping for, but decided to sign up for an initial three month period. Tim, my trainer, has been great to work with from day 1 and has been encouraging and supportive as I adjusted from my old habits and began the new routine. Fast forward to today, I'm about five months in at this point, and probably in the best shape of my adult life. More importantly the guidance and accountability from Caliber has kept me more consistent in my strength workouts. I'm looking forward to continuing to make steady progress--Caliber has been a great fit for me so far!

Love Caliber...I chose a paid membership monthly to have access to a trainer...they match you with a trainer based on your personality, goals, etc...I was matched with Tanner, he's been a huge help to me..always friendly and knowledgeable and checks to see how I'm doing with meals and the assigned exercises..there is a text feature so that you can message your trainer directly if you have questions..I am at about 10 weeks and have noticed real changes!
