I recently purchased from Cartlow and I’m impressed with the overall service. The ordering process was easy, delivery was fast. It works perfectly and looks almost new. Customer service was also responsive when I had a small question. I would like to thank ahmed for helping me with all my queries.I would definitely buy again.

I ordered a mobile phone because the website stated that delivery would be within 24 hours. However, it has now been five days and I still have not received my order. I have emailed the company multiple times, but they keep responding that they will “accelerate the delivery,” with no actual progress. They also have not provided a tracking number, so there is no way for me to track the item.

I ordered the product, but they sent the wrong laptop model. I returned the product and God knows when they will initiate a refund. These guys keep

This was the worst service I have ever experienced.
The customer service felt cold and careless.
The devices looked tired, not new.
I bought an iPhone 15, but it did not match the online description.
The speakers were filled with dust, as if the phone had been forgotten.
Another Samsung phone arrived broken,
its cover cracked and full of sand, not cleaned, not respected.
What I received was disappointment, not quality.
A truly bad experience.

Worst experience ever. Order not delivered even after 10 days. No proper response, no resolution. Extremely poor service.I don't even want to give 1 star.

I had a most horrifying experience of my life with cartlow, I bought an iPhone 14 pro in may ,i bought it for my niece in another country, she received it after few weeks, from day 1 phone was malfunctioning, 1 day it suddenly shut downed, she send it back cartlow took it for repairing, but after getting back camera was distorted plus video sound was weird, I send it again they said its now perfect, I send it back to my neiece again everything was abnormal with phone when she took it to the dealer he said that cartlow has changed cheap lcd panel, cheap quality camera, boost of battery plus motherboard was opened, the customer service is PATHETIC they just keep parroting same sentence again and again, now I am going to complain to DET with evidence that they scamed me. When I sort trustpilot help I saw too many complaints, I will surely mention this site to DET.

I purchased an item under the impression that it was brand new; however, upon receipt, the product was not in its original packaging, appeared used, and had visible dents and scratches on the iron.

I initiated a return for replacement on 04/12/2025, but to date, I have not received any updates regarding the status of the replacement. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, as I rely on the iron for work purposes. Using laundry services as an alternative is costly and not a sustainable option.

This is my second negative experience, where the condition of the delivered product did not match what was advertised. Such inconsistencies have affected my trust in the platform and caused unnecessary inconvenience. As a result, I am seriously considering discontinuing future purchases from Cartlow.

selling fake perfumes, cheap dupes. i bought a YSL Y EDP from them. and i was shocked that perfume longevity is only 3 minutes. The good thing that i have compared the bottle with original one i have and here i found the differences and realized that it's a fake product ! going back to customer service, they were challenging me to proof that it's fake ! what a pathetic poor site. Not recommended at all. scammers

just received my order of perfumes and received 2 poor quality fakes perfumes not worth 1 aed while ive paid 483 aed. even the writtting on the outer box has spelling mistake. perfume is question is Gucci love edition pour femme

The team is not cooperative and I face to much lose not giving up my payment delaying and ignoring us very bad experience poor staff

I had purchased Iphone 15pro max which unfortunately came with some issues battery and heating. As per policy of cartlow, I returned the device. First I did not get any update on refund for days. I tried to reach out customer service. They told me that they found a damage on device and will return to me. Eventhough courier checked the device and found it perfect during collection. Now they are forcing me to take damaged device back.
I bought another fone Iphone 14pro max which got off after few days unfortunately after applicable return. I applied for warranty claim and they took device from me. Its been a month and I didnt hear anything about that device till now. Not recomended at all. Wish I could give negative rating.

I ordered for a laptop and after 4 days of waiting I received a cancelation email out of the blue if u don't have the products why do u advertise them to just waste our time

DON'T PURCHASE FROM CARTLOW. I received a faulty laptop (On website condition was VERY GOOD) , I immediately initiated a return request, and the laptop was collected by the courier after 10 days after several follow ups. Since then, I have been following up for the refund. Despite making several calls to your customer service, I have repeatedly received the same response that someone will call me back. Unfortunately, no one has followed through, and I have received no updates on the status of my refund from past 48 days.

The problem is not receiving a faulty item; this can happen with any online store. The actual frustration is following up for your own money and not getting a single reply. The support team doesn’t seem to be trying to help, only offering the standard reassurances without any action. I have called more than 10 times since I returned the item. I have never encountered such non-responsive support in the UAE.

I would like take this opportunity to Thank Mr Ahmed for his brilliant Customer Services and On Time Assistance in rendering me to receive my refund as well as provide me Timely assistance in placing my New Orders .God Bless
