Ho richiesto tramite app. Il ritiro del mio tassellatore perché non funziona e dovevano ripararlo, ma il corriere non è passato, ho fatto di nuovo richiesta tramite app. Dovevano ritirare il giorno dopo ma neanche questa volta è passato il corriere, nel frattempo si e rotto anche l'avvitatore, ho contattato per altre 2 volte il numero verde e neanche così è passato il corriere, ho contattato chi mi segue per gli acquisti su wathsapp e mi ha detto che provvedeva lei a contattare il corriere per il ritiro degli attrezzi, nel frattempo sono passati 20 giorni ma nessuno mai mi ha contattato, sia hilti che BRT. Nel frattempo ho preso attrezzature a noleggio per poter lavorare , alla fine ho deciso che non acquisterò mai più da HILTI perché non è più un'azienda seria....

Great product, unfortunately the Customer Service structure is horrible unless your conducting million dollar projects. Multiple issues with Fleet tool returns, not advising that new version of the tools have been modified not to fit our current bits until we are on jobsites, billing issues, flat out lied to by multiple account reps that have been assigned to our account over the years. Says something when there is high turnover in account reps. The tools are great; just horrible representation in the USA

Had a hilti rep call me recently. Whilst explaining that I now prefer dewalt due to the fact that hilti are way too expensive he simply put the phone down on me. This is a perfect example of how poor hilti are nowadays. Hilti collated screw gun set is over a thousand pounds compared to under three hundred pounds for a dewalt!!

nur telefonisch erreichbar zu sein, hilft nicht. Frage zu einem Produkt von Hilti konnte trotz Eile nicht in 24 h beantwortet werden durch Rückruf. Auch ein zweiter Anruf von mit blieb ohne Ergebnis. Ich rechne mit gar keiner Rückruf mehr. Als Endkunde fühle ich mich hier entsprechend wenig wertgeschätzt. Schade, ich hätte von Hilti mehr erwartet.

Not a review of the actual services themselves. But one of the Hilti cars were parked in my cul de sac and ran over my little boys scooter completely destroying the brake and the back wheel.

Very disappointing experience with the communication and issue resolution within this company. The treatment was very unfair and lacked transparency. You would expect way more openness, clear communication, and respect towards employees from a company of this stature. Unfortunately, this company does not meet those expectations as an employer.

Hilti Rotating Laser – major disappointment from a so-called premium brand

Buyers, beware. I bought a Hilti rotating laser expecting top-notch quality. Sadly, the experience has been the exact opposite.

I used the laser on just four foundation slabs, yet it broke down three times with the exact same issue. Twice during the warranty period, Hilti’s service did nothing but calibrate the device and claimed it was “fixed.” The issue kept coming back – even in the hands of a Hilti reseller, who experienced the same problem. Again, only calibration, no real repair.

After the warranty expired, I was suddenly quoted €320 for a repair, almost the price of a brand-new laser from another brand.

This is unacceptable. From a company like Hilti, I expected responsibility and product reliability – not repeated malfunctions and expensive repairs after minimal use. I own other measurement tools from competitors, and they’ve worked flawlessly for years.

I’ve lost all trust in Hilti – I won’t buy anything from them ever again.

Desværre en skuffende oplevelse med Mike fra Aalborg. Han var svær at få fat på, virkede uengageret og leverede ikke den service, man som kunde burde kunne forvente. Manglende opfølgning og dårlig kommunikation. Ikke tilfreds.

Had a Hilti employee, a bald very overweight 40 year old driving a Hilti red electric estate in a manner dangerous to the public overtake me in a reckless Manor. This cretin nearly knocked me of my motorcycle. He over took my motor bike at high speed only to have to stop 200 meters up the road for the traffic lights on lady bower Bridge near Sheffield. . He then turned left onto Manchester Rd heading west. How can Hilti afford to have a bafoon drive in a Manor dangerous to the public like this guy did. This happened Sunday 15.06.25 time 12:20 PM description of driver balding short redish hair, very over weight. Around 40 years of age . Wearing head phones while driving, and driving like an idiot. Wieder nicht an gesetzliche Mittagsruhe gehalten und in Wollishofen laut über die gesetzliche Mittagsruhe ausgeladen.Lieferanten werden nicht informiert, weil es der Hilti egal ist und sie darüber noch lachen, wenn Mieter in der Umgebung sich aufregen.Eine Firma ist nur seriös, wenn sich an die schweizer Gesetzte gehalten wird.

Hiltie neemt geen producten retour ook al zijn ze niet aangebroken en gebruikt maar beroept zich op de kleine letters die je zelf van hun website moet gaan opzoeken.
Erg klant onvriendelijk en onprofessioneel.

Ten zeerste af te raden om rechtstreeks met deze partij in zee te gaan.

If i have to chance leave 0 star review i would leave it! I had laser PM2L level from Hilti never had any issiue, i keep in tool chest and i broke the top glass, i check with another laser horizontal works well but decided to fix it, they sent me on quote Top of the charge 179£+VAT+ postage end up with 228£!!! Cost new one is 188£ Terreble customer service im Glad to use Milwaukee"... If only had read the reviews, Never buying again Hilti...

Habe 5 Jahre für Hilti-Schaan in der Logistik gearbeitet. Der Personalchef Werk 1 war ein Tyrann. Seinen Neffen hat er als Spion in diversen Abteilungen eingesetz. Dafür ist der Neffe ordentlich von MA verprügelt worden. Am Schluss hat der Personalchef mich aus der Firma drängen wollen. Er hat behauptet ich hätte eine sexuelle Beziehung mit einer 10-jährigen. Der Hr of Headquater Schaan hat mich dann gekündigt. Bin aufgrund dessen schwer krank geworden bis heute.

Veel te duur voor wat het maar is en maken zelf fouten en dan maar kosten rekenen.

Buongiorno, mando il martelletto 60 , aggiustare, mi chiedono €160.00, solo x ritirarlo, mi fanno pagare €370,00 x la riparazione , lo consegnano con lo stesso problema , lo riprendono me lo rimandano lo uso 1 volta ,dopo un mese e mezzo senza usarlo stesso problema , mi richiedono altri €370.00, rifiuto xche non mi sembrava correto mi rimandano il martelletto completamente a pezzi , ma secondo voi è normale ?,o una serie enorme hilti, mai più acquisterò un pezzo da questa azienda ,
