Handy Heater turbo 800

Bought a handy Heater turbo 800 from this company. It arrived faulty. I was asked to provide a video of the fault which I duly did. I've been emailing for the last 6 to 7 weeks for a response/resolution form them. I've heard nothing back. Extremely disappointed and would advise people to avoid.

Too slow at resolving problem

Ok, first off of all I want to dispute what one reviewer said about this company making out all its products are Irish made when in reality they come from China.
If you read the company’s info it actually says that they “source products from around the world”. So I have to disagree with what the reviewer said about that.
Having said that, I can’t say that I’m happy with Irish Supply’s response to my
reported problems, which has now been ongoing for several weeks
I ordered and paid for (on 9/12/2025-£78.69) 3 electric wall heaters. They duly arrived but, contrary to the company’s advert, didn’t contain the adapters. So I contacted the company on 13 Jan 2026 to inform it of the omission. On the same date, the following response came:
“I’m sorry to hear that the product didn’t meet your expectations. This issue was caused by an error on our end, and we take full responsibility.”
At today’s date I am still awaiting these adapters.
I have sent a video showing the problem (2 pin plug instead of3) so it shouldn’t take this long to resolve.
If the matter is not resolved to my satisfaction by this Friday, I shall contact my bank under the “Chargeback” provisions. I have advised Irish supply.
I couldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would, giving this company a single star pains me. Customer service is absolutely shocking, three emails and no reply. I was told by what I suspect is a bot that my order having been in order processing for a week, was lost in transit and out of stock so a refund was offered. I accepted it and ordered an equivalent item from Amazon which arrived in 2 days. No sign of the refund 10 days later so emailed this joke of a company and told my order would be delivered in a couple of days. I replied to the mail explaining that I had purchased an alternative after being told it had been lost and no longer needed it and asked for a return label-zero response. I now have the item and want to return it but no reply to my request for instructions to do same. Avoid these scammers at all cost!

I was kept updated as to when my order would be dispatched and delivered and informed of any delays of which, as it turned out, there weren’t any. A very reliable company to order from and emails are always acknowledged and replied to. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Returns policy

Trying since the end of December to return an item I purchased which was originally intended for a Christmas gift but did not arrive until end of December so i decided to keep for myself but it turns out i am allergic to the product Numerous e/mails and all i keep getting back is an automated message we will get back to you within 48 hours and thats as far as it goes. They’re aren’t Irish, product came from China ( collagen stick is what I had originally ordered) but came as something else, NOT collagen.
Various emails sent, still waiting for a reply.
The company name is misleading and product is awful, false advertising as the stick that arrived is not was advertised!!
Avoid at all costs!!!

Poor experience

I purchased 3 Heatpod wall mounted heaters as Christmas presents on November 29. On December 11 I received a message to say that there was quality issues with the batch and my delivery would be delayed until Dec 14. Option to change colour and receive earlier delivery was provided, however I chose to wait until Dec 14. The product was not delivered until the second week in January. It was also completely ineffective. Unless you are less than one foot from the Heatpod, you feel absolutely no heat. It does not convect any heat, even in a tiny area. I immediately requested a refund and offered to send products back, at my own cost, however this company is refusing to provide a return address. I have sent multiple emails and am now being ignored. They are actively preventing me returning the products.

Update: I have since been provided with a return address in the UK. I had to return by tracked post at my own cost of €20.

Not a good experience, won't be using again.

No Customer Service

I ordered in plenty of time for Christmas on 18th Nov. When there was no sign of it early Dec I emailed Irish Supply to be told they would check with their supplier.
I checked with An Post to be told they never had the item. Sent this statement to Irish Supply who just ignored it & just said again checking with supplier. It is now 2 weeks before Christmas.
On Dec 18th I finally got notice on parcel tracking it was on the way
When it arrived it was of very poor quality & wouldn't work at all. Had to make a video to prove this. Finally got a partial refund excluding Post & Packaging & Ins. I should ve getting full refund & compensation.
This company only sourced the item & they shifted everything on to the supplier.
My contract was with Irish Supply & they should have taken responsibility.
I received no customer service except platitudes ie thanks for your patience,understand your frustration etc.
Would never buy from them again.
My 5 year old Grandson was extremely disappointed not receiving his promised gift.

Still waiting on results of your investigation. Have heard nothing since 16th Jan. Nothing in my spam or junk mail either. Why am l not surprised!

Extremely slow delivery

Placed an order 4/12, received 23/12. Contacted the company several times about the delivery. They said they used Fastway, Fastway were no longer operating which was the first worrying response from them which was a clear sign they aren’t an Irish company. Order came packaged as if it came from shein/temu. Extremely disappointed and have expressed this by email/chat bot.

Every response from this company is a chat gbt response also!

I recently placed an order (no:225235)…

I recently placed an order (no:225235) thought their site looked professional. Started getting really amateurish emails about offers and alarm bells started ringing. I googled them and found all their reviews and everything that the negative reviews say is fact. Their chat "customer service" is just A.I. I've sent multiple emails to their support email address with no reply. The tracking info on my order has not been updated in 6 days. Resigned to the fact these scammers have caught me. AVOID FFS.
