BS wine club

Shocking Company

If there was a minus stars you would definitely. Be very careful when dealing with this company -unless of course you have money to throw away.
The customer service is appalling. They talk the talk …but don’t hold your breath waiting for something to happen. They are shocking.
I honestly do not know how they are still trading.

Total scam

Total scam. They sign you up for an Angel subscription without your knowledge. They've changed me almost £100 for something I didn't sign up for, even after I canceled. Avoid at all costs.

About ready to cancel…

Have been a subscriber for about 3 or 4 years. We've enjoyed most of the wines we have rdered. The problem is thedelivery. We've had at least 3deliveries that were missed and I don't mean a little late. One was "out for delivery" on a Friday. It didn't come. The case of wine sat in a FedEx delivery van for 3 days in JULY. Needless to say, we didn't want wine that had been sitting in a van at about 90+ degrees for 3 days. To their credit, they cancelled the delivery and ordered another case for us. The others missed FedEx deliveries claied we weren't home to sign for them. Well, we were home all day and surprise, surprise there was no appearance by a delivery person on our outdoor security cameras. Don't blame Naked Wines but I've about had it with missed deliveries.

Avoid, dreadful fraudsters

Dreadful service across the board. I apparently "won" a mixed case of 6 bottles but somehow it still cost £39.99 and tied me into a subscription I didn't want. I purchased a £50 gift card from Clearpay to pay for my "prize" and applied it to my Naked account. Clearpay now claim MY £10.01 was a "goodwill credit" by them and are refusing to refund it. £10.01 isn't much, but sending patronizing emails about keeping it and setting "my" angel wings aside in case I want to fly again is just skin crawling. If they did that with 10 people, they would profit over £100. Just, avoid.

Very disappointed in the general…

Very disappointed in the general quality of the wine sent. The magnum contained disgusting Argentinian Malbec - probably their revenge for the Falklands! I won’t be continuing with this outfit.

No wine for Christmas!!

We ordered 2 large cases as we saved up the money for Christmas on 12th December…no delivery…had an email Christmas Eve saying they had a problem with delivery…had to go and spend money getting wine….which was not accounted for…am going to try and get our money refunded into our bank account…wish me luck😬

Dreadful tricked me into having an…

Dreadful tricked me into having an angel account when I simply wanted to make a one Off purchase as a thank you for someone. Considerable time and effort to unsubscribe hopefully my money will be refunded soon would not recommend.

Definitely would give a 0 if I could.
What a vile company. Paid into naked wine all year and I have no Christmas delivery. I had been promised all week that it would turn up before Christmas Eve as I’d ordered it in plenty of time. Obviously it didn’t. So I have no wine and champagne for Christmas. I have found out this evening that the company has major financial issues and my alcohol was probably not even on its way. So the way it looks at the minute, they have stolen my money and I have literally no chance of getting it back. Thankfully I have cancelled my subscription so they can’t take any more money and I’ll wait to see if I get a refund. This company never reply to emails and don’t answer phone calls very often. If they do answer the phone they just give you a load of rubbish about your order just to get you off the phone. They are a vile untrustworthy company and I would totally avoid. All being well they won’t be around much longer

If I could give -0 stars I definitely would! Ordered case on 13 December so it would be here for weekend (delivery was to be Wednesday last week! ) been on and off phone and emails with excuse after excuse! Yesterday told extra staff employed to get wines on the road last night so would have for Xmas, just been notified case did not make it so NO WINE for xmas….. Furious, is an understatement of how I feel…. Been an Angel for 14 years! No anymore….. Absolutely appalling service!!!!!!!

5 days late arriving

5 days late arriving, 2 bottles short and not what I ordered, been great in the past but this one is horrendous. Cancelled my account with immediate effect

Hopeless Delivery.....

Absolutely Hopeless Delivery.....Ordered some wine on the 11th Dec 2025 for delivery to a Client and all I have had since is that they have failed to deliver and/or that the wine has failed to be put on the delivery van and we are now dated 23rd Dec.
Ordered other wines through Virgin on the same day and all delivered when advised and within a couple of days.
I have never known a company like this and would never order anything else from them and would advise others not to either.

They send out standard emails with no answer to the real issue of failed delivery......absolutely ridiculous.

No longer a reliable company-avoid

The service from this company has gone massively down hill over the past year. My advice is to avoid them. Been a subscriber for over 5 years but am cancelling my subscription now. We have had such issues with our last two orders. Ordered a case for approx £160 in the summer and one for Christmas for around £140-neither arrived in time or without significant intervention from us. We paid to select a delivery day and neither order was delivered on the day and there was zero communication on either occasion to say they’d be late. Several phone calls later in the summer and we were told ‘oh it got left off the van’-this case was then shipped but missing for a week on the van of a delivery company that we couldn’t contact (Yodel) - completely missed the occasion it was ordered for. This Christmas it is happening again. Paid for 20th December delivery - did not turn up-zero communication to say it wouldn’t. Tracking checked…it’s yet to leave the warehouse. A quick check on their Facebook page a many customers having same issue over again-yet naked wines on there advertising for more orders. Avoid-they cannot fulfil orders when they say they can and don’t really care if the items arrive too late for your occasions.

Dreadful delivery service

Im not overly impressed with this company. I have never used it before. But like other reviews delivery is an issue.

I did the test thing so they recommended some wines even though I said I preferred red my order mainly consists of white (which is fine not a deal breaker)

However the issue for me is that I ordered my wines nearly 2 weeks ago and specified a delivery date for a time I will be home and able to get my wine. It hasnt been delivered. I contacted the site AI said there was a delay! Why?? Why offer a delivery date then not deliver. It cant even blame YODEL as they havent even given the wines to yodel.

Update wine has arrived today. Had to redirect it though as I wasnt in to receive it.
