Excellent customer service

### 🚨 **DO NOT USE PROWEBSITE DESIGN** 🚨

Our company has had an extremely negative and frustrating experience with **Prowebsite Design**, and we feel obligated to warn other businesses.

From **September 2025 to the present**, we have been **repeatedly promised a refund of $890**. We have this refund **confirmed in writing multiple times** via email and direct communication. Despite these assurances, **the money was never returned** to our bank account.

Instead of resolving the issue, Prowebsite Design consistently gave us the runaround—claiming the refund had been processed, blaming delays, or stating it would be deposited “soon.” None of these statements were true. The refund was **never received**.

We made **numerous attempts to resolve this professionally**, including repeated phone calls, emails, and follow-ups. Multiple individuals, including Tetiesha, attempted to assist in resolving this issue, yet nothing changed. Each attempt resulted in more excuses and false confirmations.

At this point, we were forced to **accept the loss simply to move forward** and ensure that all remaining investors in our company, Dream of 9 LLC, could receive their funds without further delay. No business should ever have to make that decision due to another company’s dishonesty and lack of accountability.

This company demonstrated:

* ❌ Lack of transparency
* ❌ Failure to honor written agreements
* ❌ Unreliable and misleading communication

If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, **do not trust Prowebsite Design with your business**. What started as a professional service relationship ended in financial loss and unnecessary stress.

We canceled our website and demanded a partial refund. They have been avoiding the rebate for four months. Despite their website claiming they would process the refund, we warned them that we would involve our lawyer, yet they remained indifferent. They are not registered with the Better Business Bureau. As a result, we accepted the loss by working with a non-professional company. Since September 2025, they have refused to return our money. I am sure the company is outsourcing its work to India. Given this situation, we want everyone to be aware of how this company operates without accepting it as a loss. Do not let this happen to your business.
