My go-to address for 3D prints

My go-to address for 3D prints, it's fast, easy, well-priced, and good quality prints. Easy access to small printing facilites and start ups, with high motivation and good communication. I ordered PETG, Polyamid, TPU so far, from various service providers. Way better than ordering at some bigger companies or places, where the prices go up and communciation + quality usually deteriorate (e.g. bought up startups).

Treatstock is great!

Treatstock allows me to pick between tons of different 3D printing vendors at different prices. It's a great marketplace for someone who does not own a 3D printer.

Useless customer service / Service client nul.

Dispute closed, final review:

how silly of you to invoke french law against me when you don't respect it either.

After nearly 30 days of zero response from the manufacturer, yes i contacted the him on his social media, i send him two (2) messages, that could hardly be called harassment.

And you know what ? I think it was the right thing to do because he finally responded and told me something usefull : He already told you to cancel the order and proceed to full refund.

The thing is, you did not follow what he told you to do, instead you were searching for the smallest meaningless thing to not refund me !

- I was promised a tracking number, never got it.
- I asked for a refund under Article L216-2 of the french consumer right law, you didn't care.
- You pretended to have a proof of receipt, i asked for it, never got it.
- You even send me what looks like a counterfeit proof of deposit, untracked shipment cannot have a proof of deposit.
- You told me to check with postal service about the package, under French and European consumer right law the vendor has full responsibility over the package so it was not my job to do that but his/yours, i still did it, French postal service told me what we already know : Untracked shipment cannot be traced.

In the end, manufacturer acknowledged your incompetence and refunded me from his own pocket, not you.

From start to finish, you didn't care about customer.

C'est surprenant de votre part d'invoquer la loi française contre moi alors que vous ne la respectez pas non plus.

Après presque 30 jours sans réponse de sa part, j'ai effectivement contacté le fabricant sur ses réseaux sociaux et lui ai envoyé deux (2) messages, ce qui ne saurait être qualifié de harcèlement.

Et vous savez quoi ? Je pense que j'ai bien fait, car il a fini par répondre et m'a donné une information importante : Il vous avait demandé d'annuler la commande et de procéder à un remboursement intégral.

Le problème, c'est que vous n'avez pas suivi ses instructions, au lieu de cela, vous avez cherché le moindre prétexte pour ne pas me rembourser !

- On m'as promis un numéro de suivi, jamais reçu.
- J'ai demandé un remboursement en vertu de l'article L216-2 de la loi française sur la protection des consommateurs, vous n'avez rien fait.
- Vous avez prétendu avoir une preuve de réception, que j'ai demandée, jamais reçue.
- Vous m'avez même envoyé ce qui ressemble à une fausse preuve de dépôt, un envoi sans numéro de suivi ne peut avoir de preuve de dépôt.
- Vous m'avez demandé de me renseigner auprès des services postaux concernant le colis, or selon la législation française et européenne sur la protection des consommateurs, le vendeur est entièrement responsable du colis. Il ne m'incombait donc pas de le faire, mais à lui/à vous. Je l'ai néanmoins fait et Les services postaux français m'ont confirmé ce que nous savons déjà : un envoi non suivi est non traçable.

Finalement, le fabricant a reconnu votre incompétence et m'a remboursé de sa poche, pas vous.

Du début à la fin, la satisfaction client n'étais pas votre priorité.

We hope that Trustpilot will retain this review so that other services can be aware of the risk, understand how to respond, and, in the event of recurrence, be able to contact the authorities.

The refund will not be processed instantly in response to the customer's request. First of all, we should find out what happened from both sides. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Update: The prototyping of a low-cost model was completed, and the manufacturer shipped the product.
After the customer claimed that the first parcel had not been received, the manufacturer sent a second one as a goodwill gesture.
The manufacturer later provided an official document from the postal service confirming that the first parcel was in fact received by the customer. Based on this confirmation, the manufacturer has declined to send a third unit.
Despite this situation, the customer continues to receive full support. The manufacturer made a refund.

Many great HUBS to choose from

3D Printing Junkies, 3D Printer Filaments , Taz's 3D Printing , BeneFab Engineering and Design are great HUBS, great experiences. I've been happy with their attention to detail on my prints. The prices are generally lower than Sculpteo, CraftCloud.

Unpaid for 4 months, no response from Treatstock

We are a small 3D printing service provider in Central Europe and partnered with Treatstock to fulfill several orders. The clients were satisfied, we completed the work on time, and Treatstock received payment.

The problem is that when we requested our payout, nothing came. It has now been over four months since our withdrawal request, and despite multiple attempts to contact Treatstock through their support channels and email, we have received no response at all.

This lack of communication and refusal to release earned funds is extremely unprofessional. If you rely on timely and transparent payouts, be very careful before working with them. Their shaddy practices and unresponsiveness makes us think that we have falled for this SCAM. Although we are not expecting anything at this point, we wanted to warn anyone who would consider working with them.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, Terrible platform. Tax forms don't work, customer service doesn't respond, they're unhelpful and a waste of time. Not worth the hassle as they don't have their platform working correctly. Find alternatives and don't waste your time.

I have had nothing but great outcomes with treatstock. The parts are perfect, incredibly inexpensive, and arrive quickly. The website is very easy to use. I was going to buy my own 3d printer but treatstock is much better!

Keine Kommunikation (und keine Lieferung)

Meine persönliche Erfahrung: Nach positiver Ersterfahrung direkt Ernüchterung bei 2. Bestellung. Der Anbieter reagiert nicht und seit 1 Monat weder Rückmeldung noch Lieferung. Treatstock eingeschaltet, aber auch dort NULL Kommunikation.

C'était bien mais avant

Alors peut être que pour les acheteurs, c'est un super service.

Par contre pour les vendeurs, c'est de pire en pire.

En attente de paiement de + de 500€ depuis plus d'un mois, aucune réponse à mes messages et aucune information.

This appears to be a defunct business, the support will not respond to you and your earnings will be stolen by the founder Artem Arno. I have money sat on my account with no way of withdrawing it.

Please note that you have the same name as a Manufacturer previously listed on our platform. Our records show that "may be you" received full payments. At the same time remains an outstanding debt due to unresolved issues with customer satisfaction.

This company is a semi con

This company is a semi con. They are setup in the UK and hosted on uk.godaddy.com. When you come to make a withdrawl, they will take 30% of your income and say it is to pay for US Tax. If you are not a US citizen, they provide you with a form to fill in to remove the 30% deduction, however, they will not process it and will not respond to you. Since the money can not be paid to IRS, they must be pocketing the 30%. From what I am aware this is fraud. Don't just take my word for it, there are comments about this in many places including on this site. If you look on social media, Facebook, YouTube, etc, you will see they have not posted anything for over a year. If you still want to use them, make sure to increase your prices by 30% to cover their illegal deductions.

horrible customer service!

I've never really had a great experience with treatstock, but it's only fairly recently I've had a really bad one. I placed an order for about 40 small resin prints, and every single piece came uncured and unclean. the smell was absolutely horrible, and caused a migraine for several days.
I went back and forth for about 4 months trying to have the printer reprint the pieces after disputing the order. I just wanted to send them back, but they said they would reprint them and then kept ghosting me. so, I finally reached out to treatstock support about the lack of response and unusable products. they offered a full refund, and I accepted. it's been over 3 months since that and support has also been ghosting me! at this point, it's way too late to try to file an issue with PayPal, so I have no clue how to get my money back because they're practically unresponsive.
