Never again and it doesn't work

I ordered Rosebella one time and left the country 2 days after. I guess they sent me another package which I never ordered and then I got another package in February and I moved to Costa Rica. so for me to have to pay for something that I'm never going to get it makes no sense. Then I looked up if I had a subscription and I don't. I have the copy of it on my phone so Rosabella doesn't work. Rosabella's service is horrible. They don't even have a phone number. How can a company that sells things online, you u can't even call them. I would never order or refer or recommend rosabella to anybody

I can't speak yet for the product as I haven't received it at the time I'm leaving this review, but I will review their customer service. I placed an order and did not mark that I wanted Express shipping but was charged for it anyway. sent an email to customer service stating the problem and they got right back to me and remedied it immediately and apologized. Great customer service goes a long way towards if I will stay with a company or not and they did not disappoint.

I ordered a buy 2 get 2 free for $58.95…

I ordered a buy 2 get 2 free for $58.95 total and paid, then my order was piggybacked with a buy 3 for $79.00 with that order, when I saw this immediately tried to get it stopped but was unable, called paypal they are trying to assist me, I am almost 79 on a fixed income and they charged me $136.95. Now I just want to send it all back, because the reviews are so mixed, I don't trust the product. Am hoping for good news from this complaint. Order number 1940879

Just like everyone else

Just like everyone else, I was first charged $58 for the buy 2 get 2, then a charge for $48 then $78 why? I want my money back I didn't authorize this. This is why it's hard to trust anything online because of crap like this. I emailed them let's see what happens.

Avoid Rosabella

A month of frustration and having to pay shipping TWICE! Original shipment did not include anything I had ordered, the company made me pay shipping to send their mistake back. They had to receive the mistake before they would send the correct order, then they shipped it POSTAGE DUE! When I received the shipment the bottles were crushed. With the extra shipping charges I was into this company for $100, so I was not going to keep spending money shipping their crap back. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

After sending no less than 5 emails

After sending no less than 5 emails, and receiving no response from this company regarding an auto ship recurring subscription that I absolutely did NOT ask for, I left a truthful review 2 days ago on this site. Within hours they had replied, requesting an order no, so they could take appropriate action. My order no, for the products I certainly did not order was #1941303...perhaps this might get dealt with quicker on a public platform with their policies and protocols under public scrutiny.

Perseverance is the key.

I tried rosabella moringa last year, but I don't think I was taking it correctly. I didn't really notice a difference so I stopped taking it. Time has passed and you're advertising more so I decided to check it out. I read some of the reviews and got inspired again. I ordered some more supplies to really give it a good try this time.

Rosabee Beetroot

The product, Rosabella Beet Root has worked wonders for me in less than a month. My BP was consistently around 150 systolic while taking lisenipril and amlodipine. In 3 weeks of taking Rosabella Beet Root it's now 130-132 and my diastolic is consistently in the high 70's. Amazing results!!!!

I placed an order with Rosabella on January 7th for a buy one, get one free offer which was supposed to cost $14.97. I was charged $35. Then a month later, February 7th, I received an email confirming another order. I did not subscribe for autoshipment and have been trying to get in touch with a representative to help me to cancel this unauthorized autoship, but they do not respond. I sent dm's, emails, etc., and nothing.. no reply. I filled out their dispute form. I don't know what else to do. This is absolutely unacceptable. I want my money refunded and any future shipments canceled!

Rosabella Moringa scam

Last year, I ordered a one time purchase of Rosabella Moringa capsule. Immediately after, I found out that they had fraudulently advertised endorsement by Barbara 0’neil and I canceled the order. Not only did they not cancel the order, they sent me notice that they were sending another order because I signed up for subscription orders. Rosabella ignored my attempts to resolve this and PayPal told me they couldn’t do anything because Rosabella said they sent product. The only way I could resolve this was by deleting my Paypay account so they couldn’t send me more product. I’m looking at 6 unused and unwanted bottles of Moringa and I am warning everyone I know about this scam.

To help make this right, we can confirm that a partial refund has been issued for your first order, and your subscription has been fully canceled, so there will be no future charges or shipments.

Regarding the second order, we did attempt to process a refund; however, the transaction is now outside our allowable refund time window, which means we’re unfortunately unable to issue it directly on our end. At this point, we recommend continuing to work with your bank to see if the refund can be completed through them.

Ordered the Beetroot supplement buy 3…

Ordered the Beetroot supplement buy 3 get 3 was overcharged a whooping $72 plus expedited shipping for $9.95 which I did not check. The total is way more than I planned to spend and tried to same day cancel. Now they will not let me cancel and I will have to send the product back at my own expense. I do not have a good feeling about Rosabella! ORDER #1939064
