Regarding withdrawals to external cards (cards you did not order from us), please note that we do not control the end stage of the process and it is up to your bank to add the sent amount to your balance. Sometimes bank may restrict external loads to their cards. This is why we usually recommend to get in touch with the bank, as everything has been completed on our end. We know it's the bank that sometimes declines these withdrawals from your processing partners.

Seems like your recent withdrawal was successful on our end and the default crediting time to the card has not passed yet. We hope everything will be fine with this payment. Our support operators kindly asked you to allow the default time and wait for the payment to show up.

No money is lost because you entered a wrong amount, all amounts and fees are shown upfront so that you see everything before you confirm any action. Any money or assets either go where you wanted, or are returned to your balance. All card fees are available before you order any card. With all due respect, we do not quite agree with your assessment that there is dishonest conduct going on here.

Either you or someone else used your email to create an account on our platform, and add money to it. Inactivity fees being charged means that someone put money into that account.

Seems unlikely that someone else would create an account with your email and add money there. Hard to see what kind of scam it would have been to create an account with money for you. Most likely you created the account yourself and forgot about it.

Please respond to our request for details providing your account email, and we will see what exactly happened and what can be done.

We cannot do anything to assist you based on your review alone, unfortunately, as we do not know what account this is about.

The email you provided in response to our request for details is not associated with any accounts on our platform.

We have an account for a different email with your name, so perhaps you just provided a wrong email.

Seems like you contacted us earlier in July about the inactivity fee, and our operators answered your questions in full. You did not express any dissatisfaction of this kind in your prior communication with us.

This small fee of just $1 a month is applied to accounts that made no transactions for the past 6 months. There is no such thing as a minimum deposit requirement that you mentioned, this is not true. Any kind of transaction counts, including receiving a free internal transfer from somebody.

You can avoid the inactivity fee by making at least 1 transaction of any kind every 6 months, or by closing the account that you do not intend to use.

Similar platforms have inactivity fees that are much higher, e.g. $5 a month. The upcoming fee is also announced beforehand via email so that you have time to decide how you would like to proceed. Closing the account yourself is very easy.

All these things considered, we believe this is a fair policy that is not uncommon in today's online finance. Dormant accounts cost us money to maintain, so we had to introduce this very small fee to offset these costs.

Inactivity fees were first announced in the account's newsfeed in April this year and started applying at the end of June. According to our terms and conditions, this is sufficient information about a change of this kind. You should also have received multiple emails about this.
