One word... Awesome!
I have one word for my experience with Roadway Moving -> AWESOME! The move was seamless and the customer service top-notch. The movers were courteous and professional and my assigned consultant and coordinator, Ken and Semir, kept me posted through the entire process. They checked in with me instead of me contacting them. I highly recommend them!

Second time using Roadway
Second time using Roadway. First was and office move and second was an entire home. I couldn’t ask for a better experience!! The Roadway team was prompt, packed EVERYTHING up for me (clothes, kitchenware, literally everything) and rebuilt all the furniture they took apart once we got to our new home. Total time was 6ish hours to arrive, pack, travel and unpack. It was amazing and seriously so stress free. Thank you SOO much Roadway!

We felt taken care of and at ease throughout the entire move. The Roadway team makes any task seem possible, including driving and parking a moving truck on our narrow street in the hills of Los Angeles. They make even the most complicated moves feel easy. Not once in the three moves with them has a single item been damaged. We will always use Roadway.

I worked with Roadway during a major life transition, and the experience exceeded my expectations.
What stood out most was how controlled and calm the entire process felt. Moving is inherently stressful, but Roadway broke everything down in a way that made it feel straightforward and predictable. Communication was clear, timelines were respected, and there were no last-minute surprises.
On moving day, my role was essentially to supervise and answer a few questions — not micromanage logistics or worry about what might go wrong. The team was professional, careful with my belongings, and clearly experienced. Everything arrived exactly as expected.
I chose Roadway because I wanted a move that reduced friction rather than added to it, and that is exactly what I got. If you are looking for a moving company that prioritizes organization, transparency, and peace of mind, I would absolutely recommend them. It was worth the investment.
