I can’t believe they offer so much help and advice without a charge

Slow but excellent customer service!

Hi, I was panicking when I had no reply about them sending me the wrong order.
However , Eliza got back to me will rectify the mistake and that I could keep the order sent in error.
She dealt with it very well, should have been more patient.
It would be reassuring if they had a telephone number

Too big to care about their customers

Hello Fresh used to be a small caring company.it has grown so big now that its customer serviced is non existant .
I reported meat missing from my meals and no one bothered to reply. The following week I was missing a recipe card, a chicken breast and teriyaki sauce for teriyaki chicken. I was offered £8 compensation only when I phoned to complain.
I wrote to tell them I would not order from them ever again, even that message went unanswered

Excellent customer service

Hi, Although my order was not the right size,I have to say that I found their customer service to be excellent.
They replied promptly and I had no problem getting a refund.
They couldn’t have been more polite snd helpful

Moonbun resolved my problem very quickly

I complained that Moonbun were reluctant to exchange a damaged garment because due to the pandemic, I had not unpacked it for almost a year.
I had a very friendly message from Sara who agreed to make an exception to their policy in my case.
I am very pleased with the outcome and have ordered more things for my grandchildren .
Their clothes are excellent

Incredible customer service

I ordered something from them for the first time today. Jonathan the owner answered the phone and was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about Wagyu steak
He went above snd beyond to help me.I can’t recommend them highly enough
In future they will be my first port of call

Wonderful ,helpful staff

Amanda and Jason could not have been more helpful.
They even loaded tiles into my car in the pouring rain and wouldn’t let me help!
The first place I stop when I need tiles, They stick to delivery times and Are totally reliable

FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Do not buy tickets from this company. You will be charged hundreds for handling charges. If the concert is cancelled you will not get a refund. It is impossible to talk to them. Stay clear. Hundred of people have lost thousands of pounds
