Thank you Anastasia
In honor of Anastasi’s closing today, I wanted to post about my time seeing the show.
Anastasia was my first Broadway production I ever saw (it’s still my only one as of now) and I was lucky enough to see it before Derek left. It was such a magical experience!! I could not believe I was actually in New York seeing a show I loved in person. Anastasia has a beautiful soundtrack, and I was so excited to see it come to life.
Thank you to all the cast and crew who worked tirelessly to bring a wonderful story to so many people. Thank you for giving me the best time of my life.

Broadway Shows are worth it
If you can go, go!
I was lucky enough to see Anastasia on Broadway a few nights ago. I flew weird flights, had little to no sleep for 2 days, and had the best time of my life. I was able to go because my grandparents and parents helped me pay for flights. Not everyone is this lucky.
But people, you need to go!! Seeing a Broadway show doesn’t always have to be something that ‘someone else’ does. Save your money. Bide your time. Ask for help. And go!
I truly wish shows were more accessible to people. I still can’t believe I actually went and saw the show. But nothing compares to live theater! I don’t care if you’ve seen a bootleg video a thousand times. Go see the show live. It may take time. And shows close, and we can’t get them back. But any show is worth seeing on Broadway.
Young peeps who can’t go yet, wait. Save your money and dream big. Young adults, same thing. Older adults, the same goes for you.
But go if it’s the last thing you do. Nothing beats it. It’s an amazing experience. And I am forever grateful for the opportunity I had.
