- We endevour to ship orders same day but please allow 2–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns (AUSTRALIA ONLY)

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn and in its original condition.

With all tags still attached.

Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

The return must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your return shipping label.
Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed for items that are defective or damaged.

To exchange an item, please follow the same process as the return process, and we’ll help you get a replacement item sent to you.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
