Very disappointed.
They publicly replied to my review asking me to contact support, but in reality, they blocked my email ID. Their response was clearly just for show to protect their image, not to actually resolve the issue.
This is misleading and unprofessional. If you truly care about customers, don’t just respond publicly — actually solve the problem.

Sneakingly charges a lot
It's literally a scam. I cancelled the 7-day free trial, but auto updated to subscription. Then I went to the website again to cancel and delete the account, the website sneakingly download pdf to tell me that I purchased the pdf file. it's literally a scam. SHOULD BE BANNED!!

I contacted on the website through email, but it keep saying nonrefundable. I hope any major credit brands ban this company. I sent an email to this address too, but it says nonrefundable even though there is no activity except when I came back to cancel the subscription and delete the account after my trying to cancel the trial...

Im replying to the response “you are not responding to my emails”
I signed up for what was advertised as a $1 subscription, expecting a low-cost trial. However, just one week later, $29 was deducted from my card without clear notice or authorization. I immediately contacted customer service to request a refund, but they refused and have since ignored my follow-up emails.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. The pricing was not made clear, and the lack of support afterward makes it even worse. I feel misled and frustrated by how this was handled.
I would strongly advise others to read the terms very carefully before signing up and to monitor their bank statements closely.
Very unhappy with this experience.
