I got quick responsive support

Arnaqueurs, ils ont coupé mon compte quand ils ont vu que j'ai eu une journée à plus de 450$, en effet j'ai eu un compte à 10000$, je suis entré sur 2 transactions qui m'ont malheureusement touché le stop loss. Cela n'est pas grave car 6 jours plus tard, j'ai fais 450$ de gain donc j'ai remis mon compte à BE et emme plus , mon compte était a 10303$, j'étais heureux car j'étais bientôt à l'étape du payout. Je me réveille à 7 heures du mat, je vois que j'ai eu une cassure dans mon compte a 10k car sois disant j'ai pas respecté la règle des 1% en effet j'ai fais 2 trades le 06/02/26, ils ont touché le stop en conséquence eux deux, je me suis plaint devant equity edge et ils m'ont dit que j'avais ouvert sois disant un 3 ème trade sur eurusd, je leurs ai montré les preuves à l'appui que je n'avait ouvert que 2 trades et non 3 trades, ces petits arnaqueurs pendant que je faisais mes gains ont potentiellement dissimulée une transaction frauduleuse à l'encontre de mon challenge, résultat: compte breached à 10303$, il y'a eu 6 jours d'attente avant d'envoyer le sois disant message de "violation des règles de 1%", entreprise frauduleuse, dont leurs avis très moyen. Ils ont attendu que je fasse des gains pour me balancer a la tête cette sois disant "règle caché" merci equity edge pour votre irrespect, mensonge etc.. cela m'apprendra à prendre un compte a 20$ pour 10K. Quand il y'a une trop belle offre, 50% sur celle ci, il y'a toujours anguille sous roche! Je ne recommance vraiment pas equity edge !!!

After trying and testing the firm to see if indeed they are legit , I have come to conclusion that this prop firm indeed is a scam .

Upon passing phase two successfully obeying all their trading rules including their news trading rule I was eventually sent a email for KYC verification.

I logged in completed the steps given on the platform of wich it prompt me in the end to contact their support , no feedback regarding the analysis on both phase one and two accounts, I contacted support , provided all relevant information , account number and email, the issue was escalated .

After no feedback I contacted their support again , all for them to say that their risk department saw fraudulent activity in the KYC process , this is After I sent a selfie of me holding my ID and a copy of my ID to them .

So this tells me first your whole KYC process is a complete failure

Two it tells me you either a scam or you not that advance enough to have another form of verification ,like video calling the client.

Still waiting for payment from the 2nd which was last week, all different stories from moderators. I find that funny this one says this and the other one says something else so these really nothing they saying. I'm very shattered I made money for them and they still cannot not pay what I deserve, wow. No rule was broken nothing of sort just they don't want to make payment and funny I received the certificates from them to show that I passed fair but nothing in my account. Week 2 about to end.

Needed some customer support, got help from ADAM- a worker at equityedge, amazing hospitality and quick fix, Definitely would recommend.

This is the second time I am having to write a review for this company after giving it a second chance.
Originally I was excited working with equity fund. However, originally when I bought an account I was told within 5 minutes that I had breached the account. This was for apparently placing a trade 15 minutes before market close, which I did not do. After pleading that this must have been a system error they gave me another account. Now they have stated that have breached another rule to which I explained is physically impossible. They have said that I breached the 1% per trade rule however I had 2 trades open and closed each one individually and both were below the 1% threshold, however they have claimed that they were closed at the same time and were over the 1% combined trade threshold. This company uses high spreads and bet against its clients, using higher position sizes to drive prices in opposite directions to the trades which there clients take causing stop losses to be hit whilst profiting on the other side of the trade. this is a scam organisation which does not have the clients best interest at hand. if they did they would not be claiming false breaches and making it nearly impossible for payouts. I am a good trader but I cannot trade in conditions designed for my failure. avoid avoid avoid.

This is an update in relation to my payout issues with Equity Edge look at my previous review for all the info.

So i am now going to give the full story for the world to see that i am an honest trader who deserve my payout.

So in January of this year i purchased a 200k Instant Funded account from Equity Edge i read all the rules and followed them in my trading as this payout was very important to me as when i receive it i will be purchasing plane tickets for my wife and daughter to finally come home after three years..

So based on the rules 6% profit must remain in the account then i will receive a 90% split on any profit above this once my consistency score is 15% first withdrawal is in 14days

So i took my time and traded and i make over $10,000 profit in the 14 days but my consistency was not yet good so i had to wait until the next 14 days for withdrawal so during this time i brought the account to up over $16000 profit and i stop trading as my consistency score was good and my profit split was over $9000!!!!

I was so happy coz i knew i did every thing correctly so i will surely receive the payout and i called my daughter and let her know that she will be home in time for Valentines Day, she was so happy she started crying......

So all this time i was trading everything was going great no one from Equity contacted me about any issues and my information has been verified since 2024 with them.

So the withdrawal date finally arrived and i made my withdrawal request only to receive an email saying

"we have identified that your account is linked to multiple profiles registered under different names"

and they blocked access to my account and breach my 200k Instant Account which i followed all the rules....

I was obviously devastated as i knew i did nothing wrong as i have been only using one account to purchase.

I immediately responded to the email and explained to the support staff at Equity i am a police officer in my country and i have a dual phone as everyone else and there are two sim cards

Also to keep everything in a professional manner i have two emails with my same information where i have my work email and my normal email which i use on a daily basis.

I login to my account to check my daily drawdown whilst at work and after noticed i login using my work email as its already registered at work, i realize i made an honest mistake and immediately went to the live chat and discord and spoke with the support staff and moderator and explain what took place and they said "ITS OK AS LONG AS YOU USE YOUR VERIFIED ACCOUNT GOING FORWAR IT WONT BE AN ISSUE "

So i was confident that is wasn't an issue so when i purchase the 200k Instant Funded in January this year using my normal verified email following the instructions from the support staff and moderators i knew there was no issues.

Only for Equity Edge to allow me to trade the account make over $16000 profit then when i request withdrawal send an email to say i have multiple accounts......

Why are you doing this to honest traders????

Block my account took away my 200k account and my payout??????

Every thing i say here is what i sent to you from the over 20 emails so now the world also knows the truth.....

And my thing is yes i accept i made a mistake in login with my work email but i was assure that's its not an issue going forward as long as i use my verified email which i have been using......

I accept being punished my for my honest mistake which i informed you all but at least you could have shown compassion and deny the payout i would have accepted it and i would have just traded again and make my profits.

But you instantly block my account, took away my 200k account and refuse to give my payout, when i made my first review you send an email asking for my ECR 20 wallet address and you even said you will give a refund but all of these are lies and i have received anything.......

I have no hatred for the company i love the low prices to give traders the opportunity to have a big account and the conditions are great in fact the consistency rule made me into a better trader.......

I have all the screenshots to show that i was very successful with even a 8 day winning streak without taking any unnecessary risk and now you have me very depressed and losing trust in the prop firms.........

I have a humble request look at all the bad reviews of this firm so now is the time to show the world that this is a trustworthy firm that has compassion for a trader who made an honest mistake and admitted it for the world to see

I made over $16000 profit trading honestly and fairly and with patience and good risk risk management you block access to my dashboard, took away my account so....

All i humbly ask you keep the $15000 profit and just send me $1000 so i can move on please i will accept all the punishment but all i ask is for this i really depressed right now.... you already have my ECR 20 wallet address

My SL alwes 0.75% they said I got breached 1% max risk rules. Don't buy any challenges. They are scammer. They try to failed you. BE aware. Cheap price , fake site

Equity Edge has repeatedly been giving me blockers in my trading career as i have recently gotten alot better. For example, literally was up 4% on the account, lost one trade losing about 2% and the whole account got 'breached' apparently stating i lost above 5% when i lost less than 2%, really annoying firm, if you just stick to what you promise your reputation would be alot better.
