Lost shipment + returns processed, but refund repeatedly withheld
This review concerns the transaction handling of order DOR-336389.
Part of this order was confirmed by both DHL and YoungLA as lost in transit. YoungLA stated in writing that a refund would be processed within 1–2 business days. No completed refund was issued.
Other items from the same order were returned to YoungLA, delivered to their warehouse, and later confirmed by YoungLA as received and processed. No refund confirmation was issued and no refund was completed for those returned items.
After the agreed refund timeframe had passed without resolution, a PayPal dispute was opened. Following this, YoungLA stated repeatedly that a refund would only be issued if the chargeback was withdrawn. No refund was completed.
The matter has since been escalated to PayPal with full documentation, including written acknowledgments of the lost shipment, confirmation of processed returns, and delivery tracking for the returned items.
This review reflects the documented transaction history and the absence of any completed refund at the time of writing.

Item stuck in the Netherlands
Ordered on 7 Dec for delivery to Northern Ireland. Item dispatched 8 Dec. Been stuck in the Netherlands ever since. No updates, not info. Original delivery date was 11 Dec. I appreciate it's Christmas, and all delivery companies are busy, but to something with an expected delivery date you give a couple of days grace. It's now 4 days over the delivery date and it was needed for yesterday as a gift. I doubt the top will arrive this side of Christmas. Considering the YoungLA website currently says 'all items ordered today will arrive by christmas' don't hold your breath.
I saw bad reviews, ordered, and dont regret it
I saw many bad reviews and was unsure to buy, but i did and it went perfectly. i ordered on the 25th and got everything perfect size on the 5th the next month. its a good website and NOT a scam, you may maybe get unlucky, but that happens anywhere.
Positive ordering experience
I'm not sure why the previous reviews were negative, or if YoungLA in the EU changed something, but I had no issues with my order. In fact, I was surprised by how quickly my items were delivered, considering I ordered them during Black Friday. I can't comment on the return process as the items were the correct size. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I will be ordering more in the future.

Update: YLA have explained to me as to why this has happened and we're kind enough to offer me gift vouchers. My 1 star has been removed and placed as five star as that's the customer service I've known from them in the past and of course, things can get delayed, and explanation is all that is needed and they came through.
I’ve been a loyal YoungLA customer for so long, but my recent experience with YoungLA EU has been incredibly disappointing. I placed two orders — one on October 21st and another on October 28th — and weeks later, I still haven’t received any updates, the items still haven't been prepared to ship, no tracking information, no explanation as to why it's taking so long and no communication.
Despite multiple follow-up emails, the only responses I’ve received have been generic replies stating that my orders will “be processed in the standard processing time.” (which is 1-2 days on their website).
There has been no explanation for the delay or any genuine attempt to resolve the issue. For a brand with such a strong reputation, this level of customer service from the EU branch is unacceptable.
I genuinely love YoungLA products, but this experience has made me lose confidence in ordering from the EU store. I hope the company addresses these issues and improves communication with their customers, because the current situation is far below the standard YoungLA is known for.
Hopefully, you see this review and actually get back to me regarding this obvious issue rather than ignoring my emails, and I'll retract the 1 star.

They say that after 2 days max they proceed to ship the order, after 4 days no email so I wrote them.
An “AI assistant” wrote me that I had to wait 2 days after the order, even in the mail I was clearly stating that was 4 days and given them the serial number.
After 6 days nothing, so reached put again and they sent another AI mail saying that my order was out of stock and I’ve to wait 2/3 weeks..
Not a partial refund or a little gift.. something other big companies do when they do mistakes ..
I wouldn’t be so disappointed if
1) I wasn’t sure that, if I wouldn’t reach to them many times, they wouldn’t even had the kindness to tell me! (The proof are the emails that told me that was all ok)
2) the pieces I’ve bought were on the site, I bought them in a business day, in the daytime, so there’s no possible way that it was finished before the order arrived to them
3) 2 days after, I was on the site cause I was worried to have purchased the wrong sizes and instead of enter w/my account I searched directly the products and they were there! So they clearly know what they were doing!
It can happen sometimes, but they clearly made it with knowledge..

Worst company ever
I ordered a shirt they sent me the wrong size and when i asked to return it to get the correct one they said it was out off stock and i they couldnt do anything

I ordered 2 shirt about 3 weeks ago, site showed that processing can take up to 1-2 days. It has been 20 businessdays and I still have no confirmation or anything, customer support is of no use and the entire thing is organised very clumsy, never again this way.
Will not refund returned goods

RUPTURE DE STOCK
J'ai passé une première commande qui s'est très bien passée. J'ai eu besoin de faire un échange pour un changement de taille, mais sinon les vêtements sont vraiment super.
Par contre la deuxième ça n'a pas été. J'ai été livré et j'ai encore dû remplacer deux hauts pour ajuster à ma carrure. Ce n'est en soi pas un problème de faire un échange. Cependant c'est là que le problème de YoungLA se perçoit. TOUT, je dis bien TOUT est en rupture de stock.
J'attends donc depuis maintenant 8 voir 9 mois de quoi compléter mes tenues (3). Il y a pourtant une fonctionnalité sur le site pour être informé par mail lors du restockage d'un vêtement mais je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles.
En allant refaire un tour sur le site je me rends d'ailleurs compte qu'un vêtement que j'attendais a été déréférencé. (Elite t-shirt)
Je ne peux donc pas recommander YoungLA à moins que vous passiez une commande avec la tenue complète que vous voulez avoir.
Je mets 2 étoiles et non 1 car si non les vêtement sont très sympa.

I had placed an order over a week ago for two t-shirts. One of them arrived but the other was no where to be seen. After no update and messaging customer service I was told the item was no longer in stock after I had ordered so I would not be receiving it. After speaking to some other people this appears to be common practice.

Waardeloos. Nadat ik mijn spullen ontvangen had was de kwaliteit zeker in verhouding tot de prijs tegencallend en besloit ik de artikelen te retouneren. Daarbij netjes he4 protocol van Youngla gevolgd. Nadat het pakjet volgens de track en trace bik youngka obtvangeb was bleef het stil. Tor de dag van vandaag geen geld teurg gekregen. Meermaals via mail/site en telefoon contact gezocht
Op mijn mails 2x een reactie gehaf dat men het gaat uizoeken en binnen 24h er op terug komt vervolgens hoor je niks meer. Telefoon word niet beantwoord en via de site wore er ook belooft dat nen 24-48h na het bericht contact opneemt wat niet gebeurt..
Voor mij is dit gewoon een vorm van oplichting. Bijna 3 maand verder en mijn geld nooit terug gehad

I have made three orders via the EU site from the UK.
Ordering was easy and delivery was fast via FedEx.
I posted a review on one of the items at the company's request stating that I was pleased with the quality of the item however some of the lettering came off during washing. They quickly came back to me with apologies offering a full refund or credit. I used the credit to buy another item. Excellent customer service.
My only criticism is that many items I wish to purchase are out of stock wish I guess shows the level their success.
I would also add that all items have arrived professionally packaged with no corners cut.
