Absolute shocking company
Absolute shocking company. After 10 days I had to chase and then found out they didn't even have the stock. How can you advertise stock you don't have. Anyone reading reviews should take note of the 1 star or 2 star reviews as these represent reality.

We want to clarify that we do advertise products that are shown as in stock, and we work closely with our suppliers to offer a wide a range of products as possible.
On rare occasions, stock discrepancies can occur due to live inventory changes or supplier changes outside of our immediate control. This is never intentional, and we appreciate how disappointing it can be when it happens.
As soon as we became aware of the issue with your order, our team provided a full explanation and took steps to support you.
We also offered compensation for the delay as a gesture of goodwill, to make up for the inconvenience in the best way we could, along with additional assistance to help move things forward.

First time using this online retailer. Very easy to order and had the opportunity to buy a pair of OJ golf trousers at a great discounted price. Post order email comms good and professional. i ordered a powerbug trolley on 14/11,when i had not recieved it by 17/11 i had a response from jack who apologised for the delay and he offered me a free accessory for the delay.. when the trolley arrived on 19/11 there was no freebie jack assured me it would arrive seperately,,,im still waiting 12/12 that apart i got the trolley at the best price and i ordered a new bag which did arrive the next day
