Purchased several times and never had a bad product.

I ordered one of their hooded shirts and when it arrived it looked nothing like the online pictures and the quality of the material was very poor. I returned it using the instructions on the parcel and after several weeks of not getting a refund I contacted them and they will not refund me as I cannot prove I sent it back as I have now lost the receipt as with most companies there is never an issue! After 5+ emails they are still refusing to refund me.

Took two weeks to arrive from China, vis Belgium. Quality is OK but, as usual, there are sizing issues.

Took ages to arrive by slow boat from China . Sizing is awful xl more like a m/l . Shacket looks cheap and nasty . Never again

Cheap material,long delivery process

Awful experience. Really poor quality clothing.Still awaiting refund on items 2 months after they have received them back to the return address on the package label. They claim it is the courier address and they will refund when they receive the goods. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Absolutely shocking company to deal with . Items ordered took nearly two and a half weeks to arrive , even though I paid for Royal Mail 1st class tracked 48hrs . Items were cheap poor quality. And way too small for the sizes ordered . Had the option to return or exchange but could only return as item was no longer for sale , then had the return at a cost to myself . And then was only refund part of my money with shipping costs removed from refund so after spending £55 on a coat , I got £48 refund. But had to pay around £15 in postage fees both ways on top for absolutely nothing.

Disgusting customer service. Cheap poor quality clothing. Will never use this company again

Absolutely discusted with products and the staff.
Ordered a black an white lumberjack jacket / shirt and received blue and white one instead.
Also a shirt / polo shirt which quality is absolutely rubbish you might as well go top less.
Emailed them with proof of my order stating black and white and photo of what I received there saying ive received the right order , I think there blind or colour blind as black an white doesn't look like blue absolute mongols.
Stay away from them to save yourself a lot of time and money.
Temu quality is better also same stuff on ebay too for cheaper.
Delivery is rubbish have all photos of proof also very disappointed these are scammers in my mind.
Take your money for stuff you wouldn't use for the toilet.

Order 3 item 2 weeks ago for a special occasion. Turned up 2 days before occasion, 1 item was a top which was disgusting totally see through and wasn't cheap. Ive brought £1.60 top from primark thats better quality and not see through. Item 2 was a jacket in black they sent a blue/white. When emailing the company as there is no contact number they emailed back stating there will be no returns label for the items, photos were provided to the company. This company are rude and would avoid at all costs. You will find the same items on ebay for cheaper. I'd rather stick with primark clothes than handsome dans in future.
P.s 1* review is being genius as i would give 0 star for this company.

Shite - long deliveries clothes 4 sizes to small have to pay for returns

Please be aware that the customer service is shocking , and when you place your order they will then place an order with Temu for your item so you have to wait ten days for delivery from the purchase date

Very poor customer service uk website says 3 day postage !!!

Checked tracking as I waited 7 working days to find out it was in China took over 20 days to finaly receive

I bought a jacket from them which I loved but some stitching came loose around the shoulder after a few weeks or wear. I took a photo and emailed them to ask for a replacement and they got back to me that day to let me know a new one was on the way. And … they weren’t bothered about sending the old one back. First time I’ve ever received customer service like that from any online retailer.

I’m very disappointed with Handsome Dan’s customer service (to put it mildly).

My order was sent via Royal Mail and marked as delivered, but the delivery photo clearly showed it was left at the wrong address and I never received the parcel. I contacted Royal Mail immediately and they confirmed the delivery was incorrect.

When I contacted Handsome Dan’s, I was initially told to wait while Royal Mail attempted retrieval. I did so, but after more than a week with no update or resolution, communication from the shop completely stopped! Despite multiple follow-up emails sent over several days, I received no response.

At this point, I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — just a clear decision on a replacement or refund. Being ignored after such a long wait was extremely frustrating, especially as the item was intended as a Christmas gift.

Issues with couriers can happen, but how a company handles them matters. Unfortunately, in my case, the absence of communication made the experience very poor. I would advise others to be very cautious.

I will never order from them again.

My wife brought me a fleece for Xmas and we found the inside pockets wasn't even sewn up, just a piece of material hanging on both sides,quality is not as it should be, there's better quality retailers online,and that's where I will be looking to purchase my products from now on,got a picture if required

Quality awful cheap Chinese rubbish, came from China obviously delivery took forever and to take the absolute biscuits the exact product i seen on temi even on cheaper!! Dont think because they have a professional looking website page that its a decent product. Plus the returns go all the way to Ireland and on top of that they expect you to pay for it. Do not buy!!!

So far it has taken 10 days to move my purchase from a Chinese warehouse to a Chinese airport. Absolutely shocking. Will never use again even if the jacket is good quality, (which I am starting to doubt).
Ps. Don't even bother trying their customer 'service' as they just fob you off.
