Was looking to this business as a for value potential for using in my company. Then I see whom they are assisting. Any company that would aid in, or help 'spin' violence that harms others is worthy of being shut down in Canada. So long as you work with ICE in the united states, or any such organization or regime the public will know, and like me, I hope never patronize or enrich you.

Was a client with Hootsuite for 9 years, and while we were okay with tolerating some technical issues with the platform and the user experience and overpaying for it because it's a Canadian business, we decided to terminate our account with them because they decided to put profits before ethics in their collaboration with ICE in the US. When asked to clarify and explain their decision, they gave a pre-scripted PR response - not exactly what one would expect to receive after almost a decade of doing business, but definitely what one would expect from a greedy business wanting to minimize damage to their brand while still deciding to move forward with their unethical choice. Happy to take our business elsewhere.

I would like to begin by saying that the platform has so much potential and could be 'perfect' ... could be. Only if the team and founders behind this brand cared enough for what the users want.

If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. What a terrible product that fails in every respect. The world will be a better place the day this garbage company making garbage software goes bankrupt.

Je vous écris pour exprimer mon profond mécontentement. J'avais réservé une démo le 23 décembre : personne ne s'est présenté. Après 4 emails de relance restés sans réponse, j'ai repris rendez-vous aujourd'hui, le 4 février. Une fois de plus, personne ne s'est connecté au Google Meet.

C'est un manque de professionnalisme flagrant. Nous sommes un groupe international en pleine expansion avec un besoin urgent d'une solution globale. Si Hootsuite n'est pas capable d'assurer un simple rendez-vous commercial, comment pourrions-nous vous confier la gestion de nos réseaux sociaux à l'échelle mondiale ?

Je n'ai plus de temps à perdre. Si personne n'est en mesure de traiter ma demande d'ici ce soir, nous rayerons définitivement Hootsuite de notre appel d'offres pour nous tourner vers vos concurrents plus sérieux.

I was charged without being contacted. It has been difficult to resolve with only email contact. No real human has resolved this issue.

This company makes money off hate, violence, and cruelty to humans. If you support nazi views and hate, then this is your company. If you value human life and freedom of speech, find another vendor to work with.

As a Canadian I am deeply disappointed and outraged that this company is working with ICE. I will not support this company and am making sure my friends and family are aware of this as well. Do better.

No morals, greedy bastards, collaborating with an oppressive regime.

“Free” trial is a scam (can’t cancel), service doesn’t work half the time on the platforms you need to post on, and it’s overpriced anyway. Avoid entirely.

If i could leave a 0 I would. TERRIBLE nazi supporting company. We have no space in Canada for this.

What a disappointment to find out this Canadian company is happily working with ICE?!? Glad to know where my business will not be going.

As a Canadian, when I found out that Hootsuite is openly and “proudly” working with ICE, I immediately became incredibly angry and disappointed. For the CEO to come out and say that they will continue to work with them & that “they did nothing wrong” I HOPE she realizes that even the SS Secretaries were hammered after the Nuremberg Trials. DO BETTER HOOTSUITE!

This company is about taking your money and that is it. They charge even after you cancel your free trial. You cannot get through to customer service. Don't waste your time or money.
This company also works with ICE which are former proud boys.
