This sounds very much like a scam that was doing the rounds last year .after some months they shut down .
They were called Elite Asset Management. You pay a £250 fee to get started then they set up a crypto account and it then shows how much money you make each day .They claim you can make thousands each day. Hope this helps ?

Once, a transaction got stuck during a deposit, and I thought the money was gone. I wrote to support, and they responded in about twenty minutes and helped me confirm everything manually.
