Always liked Palladium's styles, I just bought my 4th pair of boots and at a great price. Wish I still had my 1st pair, but I wore them to death! Get Palladiums!

Lower quality than expected. The soles seem very thin and the toe of the boot is very wide, making the boot really only attractive from the side profile. Also not a fan of the seam down the center of the toe. Otherwise looks and feels as advertised.

It took this company 9 days to provide…
It took this company 9 days to provide a tracking number. when finally provided the order showed as delivered. Shipping carrier delivered the package to the incorrect address - and although that portion was not their fault, I notified the company and saw no action from them.
In fact, from 01/26/26 to 02/02/2026 (14 days) total with no resolution, and an "open case". It took my own doing to figure out where the boots where delivered and had to go retrieve them from an address that was not remotely close to mine. At the end, they offered 20% off my next order assuming I would order from the company again.
I understand things happen but the customer service experience was not ideal. Unless I initiated the contact, the customer service team did not bother to update or find a faster resolution to my problem.

First of all
First of all, you didn't give me my 15% discount when I placed the order.
Secondly, I sent two emails in requesting somebody to get in touch with me about the problem of not having my fifteen percent discount applied. I never heard from anybody from your organization.
I will never order a product from your organization again.
Even if you gave me one of your products are free I wouldn't wear the goddamn thing.

These are honestly one of my favorite shoe brand. The style is simple, but looks great - and these shoes are easily the most comfortable things I’ve ever bought. I wish I could afford to have an entire rack of them.
