The app is easy to follow!
The app is easy to follow. It has really helped me step things up. Instead of just walking at one speed for an hour this changes things up with fast walking and faster walking, etc. Its intervals and Im enjoying it. Feels like a great workout when I’m done!

Love the flexibility
Have been using the walk fit app daily (well almost) for over a year now.
I love that you can pick and choose the type of workout and length of workout that you want to do.
This flexibility means I can still fit a shorter workout into a work day.

Found the pace of the exercises on the…
Found the pace of the exercises on the app too fast for me to do them correctly. I have a knee replacement and pain in my hip and right knee. I also felt pain from 3 straight days that I do not feel riding my stationary bike or swimming. I printed out the exercises and will work at a slow pace. I am 76

Senior friendly
I've just started but at 82 I have been able to keep up with each session and it doesn't cause any soreness in my arms or legs. I've done no exercise in many years and expected pain, so very happy. This will prepare me for harder stuff as I progress.

Auto subscription
I was enjoying the app. But at no point was l told this was a auto subscription. You took £47.00 from my acc. I did not agree to this. I feel that l have been conned out of money. Very disappointed . Walkfit have asked me to make contact with Katie. I have done this waiting for a reply

Arthritis sufferer
I am older with arthritis so my mobility changes from day to day so I appreciate the different workout options. I can pick a workout that fits my ability at that time. The short workout times make it easy to get through so I can repeat it later in the day.

Not worth the money for me
I’m sorry but I realized I don’t need this app. to motivate me to walk. It’s not giving me what I need or want so unfortunately, for me, it’s not worth the money. I will be canceling this app. after this month.

I wish i had read these reviews before purchasing. As with others they have renewed a subscription without informing and giving notice - sorry but i will not recommend to anyone - in fact the complete opposite - just a SCAM very very disappointed
