Worst Experience – Next Day Delivery Failed!
I paid extra for next day delivery from BoohooMan, but my order did not arrive the next day. This is extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. I relied on the delivery timing, and it caused major inconvenience. Customer service has been unhelpful so far, and there’s no clear explanation or solution. I expected better reliability and professionalism from a brand like BoohooMan. Very frustrated and will think twice before ordering again.

I searched for fashion for tall men and found this as the only larger brand that sells fashion for a taller audience at reasonable prices. I looked at the reviews after my purchase and got a bad feeling. Most of the negative reviews are about returning orders. Luckily, the pieces fit me, so I don’t have to worry about that. The quality is adequate for the pricing during sales. I really want boohooMAN to succeed and improve their logistics and customer service, because there is no other fashion brand that fills that niche for urban clothing for tall men. By the way, I am skinny, 1.90 m tall with long arms, and I ordered sweatshirts in size L, which fit me nicely and finally cover all my arms down to my hands. Shipping was from Spain, so I didn’t have to worry about customs.

I’ve been reaching to customer service explaining my situation countless amount of times and I still can’t get my issue resolved. This is by far the worse customer service and now I’ll be forced to take legal actions against this company shortly.
The carrier delivered the package to the wrong place even though the coordinates shown in the picture was correct. I’ve been trying to escalate this to somebody but I still can’t get it resolved.

another review to highlight how poor this company is, my order relates to July???? firstly made the mistake of pressing return payable to gift card in error ***warning to anyone this cannot be changed even if you paid by debit card*** returned goods after lengthy effort as app would not allow me 2 add certain items. when they had the return they then said i had not put all items in parcel. then told they would have to check cctv. promised i would have a follow up from this but never did so again lengthy effort of getting through to someone that would actually help. texting, emailing and whats app messages they finally confirmed a further credit would be issued. to date this never happened so 27 texts late, 19 what's app and 24 emails later. some email dating back to October have not even been acknowledged. finally in response to a review i left on this platform i was emailed a gift card for £50. YOU HAVE CONFIRMED IN EMAIL TO ME YOUR GIFT CARDS SHOULD HAVE 90DAYS FROM ISSUE SO PLEASE CORRECT THIS AS A VALID UNTIL 26TH DEC 2025 IS NOT WHAT YOU HAVE STATED IS POLICY. Exceptionally poor, unprofessional and disjointed 'support'.
Purchased a product off their website and, as their sizing guide does not align correctly to the actual mens' denim they are selling, had to return this item.
The trouble started after carefully reviewing this company's returns policy - which clearly states: "Please note that if you choose to return via any method other than one of our chosen carriers (options given when arranging a return via our portal below), you will remain responsible for the items, including for any loss or damage, until we receive them" - and then attempting to secure the actual returns address to which we would be sending their product.
We are housebound and as such cannot attend any of these 'dropoff' points which this company attempts to use for their returns.
After more than five emails going back and forth between ourselves, their support employee finn and then various other individuals, no correct return address was ever provided.
As such, we were forced to attempt to make the return through Royal Mail Click & Collect using the unconfirmed returns address with errors in it, half-heartedly transmitted by the individual noted above.
This attempt then failed with Royal Mail citing "no one at this address" and the parcel being returned.
Cue a week of attempting to speak to someone at this company capable of reading outside of what is very clearly their scripted response in order to return their item within the allowed time period for returns.
Be very clear that there is no facility to return anything to this bunch through any other means than by way of these 'dropoff' locations.
Eventually enlisted a third party to take their item to one of these dropoff points and purchased a new product from Amazon.
Now still waiting for our money to be returned as this has not happened.
We will never attempt to use this retailer again.

Ho fatto un ordine il 2 dicembre 2025, di 5 articoli ne ho restituiti 4 circa 2 giorni dopo a causa di taglie errate, ad oggi quasi 3 mesi dopo non riesco ancora a ricevere il mio rimborso di €95. Assistenza inesistente e rispondono alle e-mail una volta al mese.

Hatte am 5. Februar bestellt, am 10. kam es an. Beide Teile sahen nicht wie auf den Bildern aus und waren selbst für oversized Verhältnisse zu groß. Schicke sie jetzt zurück. Hatte 50€ mit Versand bezahlt und für den Rückversand muss ich jetzt 7€ zahlen und bekomme dann nur noch 35€ wieder von meinem Geld. NIE WIEDER.

It's been almost 3 weeks since BoohooMAN recieved my return as per tracking confirmation. There is no urgency to process a refund, AI repsonses and holding repsonses rather than progress updates.
This are typically the actions and characteristics of businesses in financial trouble.
I'd recommend NOT buying from this company but if you really feel compelled to ignore this, at least purchase on a credit card as they can't be trusted to operate to the industry standard.
Great products and websites but check items are not oversized as is the fashion.
I really like Boohooman. Its tricky to get mens plus sized clothes and I have picked up some real bargains. I am on Boohooman Premium which means for £10 I have to pay nothing for postage or returns. The only problem I have is that everything is oversized now and the tshirts have baggy sleeves. I do end up sending back more things that I used too but its a sign of fashion not the brand.

Returns process continues to grow more and more arduous, with error filled, slow, non-functional web forms, repeated requests for the same information, and inability to return fault jewellery using the portal is a farce.
Bot customer service doesn't work
If I could give less stars I would, customer service is just bots sending the same scripted email constantly and not solving any issues.
I recently returned an pair of trousers that were too small and like a lot of people am not 2 weeks in to trying to get my refund. I did select the gift voucher however to use it you also need a pin which wasn't included in the email I got with the voucher code. And so now I'm just constantly getting emails telling me I have to use the website to use my voucher rather than actually solving my issue of not having received a pin.
Non-existent customer service.
I ordered some trousers for a Christmas present, but I was sent a t-shirt. In the returns process, I selected the wrong item sent as the reason for the return, but they still added a postage charge. I contacted their customer service, but received no response. Eventually, I gave up, returned them and reordered, only to receive the same wrong item again. I contacted customer service again, only to be fobbed off by AI asking me for information I'd already provided and asking for a photo, then telling me it couldn't process a photo. Eventually it said a member of the customer service team would be in touch, but three weeks later I have still not heard from them. I've contacted them again, just to be told they are busy. This is not customer SERVICE at all! It's an apalling way to handle their repeated mistake.

My son ordered two items of clothing which did not fit. I sent them back the day after the delivery was received following the correct process and asking for a credit note as he intended to buy the same items again but in a different size. It has been over two weeks since the returned items were received by Boohooman (we tracked on Royal Mail). He has not received his refund and everytime we have tried to communicate with customer service we have to start from scratch providing order references/delivery dates, wait for days for a response and even when received the responses are useless. Disgraceful.
Gift Card & poor Customer Service issues
Received a gift card for reimbursement after a return and it doesn’t work. Have gone for days communicating with a bot and agents who have failed to rectify the issue. Responses are inconsistent, late and ask repetitive questions. Absolutely disappointed!

Wasnt sure if my order went through on the website which was frustrating but after speaking to kai on a fb messenger through boohoo man. They told me my order had gone through and I should receive confirmation email shortly which resolved this issue

Avoid like the plague sent back an item for a refund and was sent another gift card that didn't work informed them of the problem was told up to 72 hours to replace after that I contacted again and was told another 48 hours but still nothing so now we are at over a week just to send a replacement on top of the time to process the original return not impressed at all and not even an apology or goodwill gesture
