I am sharing my experience in the hope it reaches Pegasus Customer Relations.
I booked a package holiday with Pegasus for [21st July 2026-29th July 2026], but unfortunately my father passed away before the trip. I am unable to travel.
I understand my fare is non-refundable under standard rules, but I am requesting compassionate consideration due to bereavement.
I have provided a death certificate and asked Pegasus for:
• Refund of refundable taxes/fees
• Consideration for a travel credit or date change
• Any discretionary refund possible under exceptional circumstances
So far, my request has been declined. I hope Pegasus will review this matter with empathy and provide a solution that acknowledges the seriousness of bereavement.

The customer service is non existing only a Turkish phone number. Avoid this airline if possible !!

Horrible experience
On January 27, 2026, I flew from Sabiha Gokcen to London. Before the flight, I purchased 15 GBP worth of extra baggage allowance and proceeded accordingly. Even though my bag was cabin baggage and passed through three or four different checkpoints without any issues, I was later told that it could not be taken onboard and that I had to check it in. I responded by saying that I would go downstairs to check it in and then come back, but despite this, I was told in a very rude manner, that they could not wait for me and that I had to pay an additional 50 Euros.
I explained that I had already paid 15 GBP and asked why I should pay another 50 Euros. They replied that they could not delay the flight for me and that I either had to pay the fee or my flight would be cancelled.The attitude of the ground staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. However, I would like to emphasize that the cabin crew member, Mr. Sahap, was very kind and polite towards us.
At this point, I am requesting a full refund of the amount I was unfairly charged. I also want to state that after this experience, I will not choose Pegasus again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I am truly surprised that a company like Pegasus still allows such disrespectful behaviour towards its passengers.

Pegasus Airlines damaged my checked baggage on January 10 and has failed to pay compensation for months.
I reported the damage immediately and followed all required procedures. Since then, I have contacted Pegasus countless times. Every time, I receive the same response: “Your case has been forwarded to the finance department for urgent payment.”
No payment, no written confirmation, no timeline.
This is a clear violation of the Montreal Convention and a serious disregard for passenger rights. Pegasus Airlines seems to rely on customer exhaustion instead of lawful resolution.
I strongly advise passengers to be cautious.

Wir haben mit Pegasus Airlines einen Anschlussflug verpasst – nicht aus eigenem Verschulden, sondern weil uns trotz mehrfacher, aktiver Nachfrage keinerlei Hilfe durch Mitarbeitende geleistet wurde. Wir waren rechtzeitig am Flughafen und haben dringend Unterstützung benötigt, um den Anschluss zu erreichen. Diese blieb vollständig aus.
Es handelte sich dabei nicht um eine Urlaubsreise, sondern um eine notwendige Reise zu einer Beerdigung. Aufgrund der fehlenden Unterstützung war es uns objektiv nicht möglich, den Anschlussflug rechtzeitig zu erreichen. Eine kostenfreie Umbuchung wurde uns nicht angeboten, sodass wir gezwungen waren, den Flug auf eigene Kosten neu zu buchen – dennoch haben wir die Beerdigung verpasst.
Der Umgang im Nachgang war ebenso enttäuschend:
Unsere Beschwerde wurde mehrfach mit identischen Standardantworten abgefertigt, die den eigentlichen Sachverhalt vollständig ignorieren. Statt auf die fehlende Hilfe vor Ort und die außergewöhnliche Situation einzugehen, verweist Pegasus ausschließlich pauschal auf Check-in-Fristen.
Kein Mitgefühl, keine individuelle Prüfung, keine Verantwortung – weder am Flughafen noch im Kundenservice.
In einer solch sensiblen Situation allein gelassen zu werden, ist menschlich wie serviceseitig enttäuschend. Für uns absolut keine Empfehlung

Avevo comprato un biglietto. Vi posso assicurare di aver preso il biglietto da Istanbul per Roma delle 12. Mi ritrovo con un biglietto delle 9:05. Faccio un cambio volo pagando la piccola differenza. Mi vengono addebitate le spese. Mi evidenziano una cifra. Pago e mi addebitano il doppio. Chiedo spiegazioni e mi dicono che ci possono essere delle variazioni del biglietto. Ci sono variazioni mentre sto pagando? In 2-3 secondi? Il biglietto intanto è sempre uguale. Chiedo fattura ma non la ricevo, quindi dicono che per questo devono aprire una pratica? Ma nonostante tutto è lo hanno inviato ad un indirizzo errato (eppure comunicato nella chat per ben 7 volte).Insomma con me sono stati disonesti. State attenti! Quando scegliete l’orario di un volo e andate in avanti per la diversa procedura, ricontrollate bene, perché nonostante la vostra scelta ripropongono orari diversi.

Pegasus Airlines mi ha fatto perdere la coincidenza per colpa della loro totale disorganizzazione e, invece di assistermi, mi ha completamente abbandonata.
Nessuna soluzione, nessuna responsabilità, nessuna assistenza reale. Solo caos, rimpalli e totale menefreghismo.
Personale inutile, comunicazione inesistente e gestione del problema vergognosa.
Compagnia inaffidabile e stressante: risparmiare qualche euro non vale l’umiliazione subita.
Mai più Pegasus. Da evitare assolutamente.

Købte 5 billetter til Erbil via istanbul men den ene pas var irakisk og personen fik ikke lov at komme med fordi der ikke var visum til Tyrkiet. Jeg spurgte at det er ikke nødvendigt da vi skal videre til Erbil altså det der hedder transit! Så u opdragende var personalet og ligeglade var de også. Min mor var død og hendes lig var i flyveren, vi skulle dernede for at begrave hende. Men pga den ene pas måtte 3 af os blive tilbage og ikke kunne rejse med. I har ingen respekt eller Skam.

Sollte heute 08.02.2026 um 18:55 von Frankfurt nach Istanbul fliegen aber zu erst 20:20 geflogen.
Es ist gelandet Mittel Nacht am 09.02.2026 um 01:00 Uhr.
Für die weitere Fahrt mit Bus war um 01:00 Uhr und die Nechste Fahrt leider zu erst um 07:00 Uhr.
Also sollten wir ein Auto mieten für 200euro mit eigene Kosten trotzdem dass wir im Ziel Ort eigene Auto haben.
Peinlich.

As a result, we had to check-in in person, where there is a £24 charge for an under-seat personal bag if it weighs more than 3kg, even if it meets the size requirements. The queue at Stansted was 45 minutes, so allow extra time.

Ho fatto a/r Venezia-Istanbul senza nessuno dei problemi che avevo letto nelle precedenti recensioni. Voli in perfetto orario, nessun problema con bagagli o documenti. Personale gentile e disponibile. Anche la prenotazione dei voli e l'acquisto dei biglietti sono stati facili e veloci. L'app mi ha notificato lo stato dei voli e tutte le informazioni puntualmente.
