Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Made an internal internal error with my order and made no attempt to correct, multiple staff lied about what was going on. Very evident the staff are just lazy and don’t want to help. Will not be buy again from here, avoid.

Adidas ? delamination of inner soles 8 weeks !
unfortunately the Adidas trainers supplied are somewhat questionable, the inner soles in both trainer have delaminated inside 8 weeks. The inner soles also do not appear to be regular adidas innersoles when compared with what are genuine adidas trainers bought in store at a household name retailer. issued photos clearly illustrating the shoe and inner delaminations, now being asked to mess around sending back to them, really no time when its a basic product failure. No offer of compensation or sending a pair to replace in the interim.
Be wary of these never heard of before online retailers !!!!

First time using Sevenstore and it’s…
First time using Sevenstore and it’s been a great experience. The price was right, I love the trainers I’ve bought and delivery was fast - A new company added to my “go to” list.
No fault of Sevenstore, the right shoe has a manufacturer defect but I’m going to see over the next few days if to just leave it - I don’t like returning stuff and messing about with the company when they’re not the ones putting them together. If someone does see this and reaches out to me, I would rather return them for a fresh pair and hopefully they’d be different.

I had an issue with my tracking link…
I had an issue with my tracking link not working on my despatch email so couldn’t see if my order was ready for pickup.
I spoke to Mo on live chat and he reached out to the store and confirmed that my order was ready to collect.
