Athomly replied with a sympathetic note which asked me to get intouch but , after communicating with them by email 30 times I know that there would be no resolution. A shocking company

Evri emailed me to say that they had my parcel. Then emailed a day for delivery with a time slo. Then emailed that the time slot had changed. Then that they could no longer deliver on that day but would deliver the next day. Then nothing and no delivery. Given a choice I would never buy anything that they were supposed to deliver but the businesses dont tell you who delivers till you have paid for goods.

Ordered 3 item from this company, none arrived but one was said to have been delivered to a neighbour. This showed a hand holding a parcel, a door behind showing number 8 [I live at 7] the door was not recognisable and on enlarging pic it showed that this was delivered to Liverpool, I live 190mls away in Glastonbury. Order has been cancelled after many emails and I am using my Bank to get my £110 returned.Now the goods arrive and the 3 unopened parcels are here waiting to be collected. The company wishes me to spend £20 a parcel to return them to China!!!! Do not use this company

I have had to cancel my booking due to amedical emergency on phoning owners [ only number given was for Country Cottages] they refered me back to holiday cottages. Unsual roundbout. WHO of these 2 companies will discuss this. Finally got a person from Country Cottages to say that Vrbo won't give refund on late booking but I think that a medical emergency should mean that a refund is giving. I am sure that this cottage will be occuppied so they will get rent x2

I had this booking confirmed and a few minutes later, having already paid, I got a message saying that the dates chosen were not available. person on the phone did not have permission to return money. Then , having booked another place and paid the money for that, I was told that I could have this property after all. All money taken by The Travel Chapter who already have money held until next year due to us having to change a date!!! So quite a lot of my money is held by this company

Just booked a property this was confirmed and 2 mins later I was sent an email saying that this property was not available for these dates!! My money was taken and was told that someone would phone me to discuss this, nothing to discuss. It 's an old trick to advertise some thing good but then told its not available so perhaps I would like a different property. I also find that the property which I booked instead is also under Holiday cottages, if I had known I would not have booked it. Dreadful company I hope they go out of business.

I ordered 200 multycoloured garden lights, fired by mains. £ packages 2 with lights 1 with plug and lead. Only one set of lights work, phoned company and told it had'escalated' problem, nothing communicated since. Not happy.

We booked an expensive cottage through this company and found that, due to a grandchild going to a new school, the dates clashed. trying to cancel---no chance of money being returned and a booking could be made for a different date at a cost of 'admin' fee £75 I would not recommend anyone booking through this company who are not empathetic and only want cash.

I was informed that my parcel from Monsoon was with EVRI on 20th Sept. EVRI told me that it was delivering it. I have been to pick up at shop three times and it is never there. Today is 26 Sept and I still don't have parcel, I phone EVRI, as suggested by them, in answer to my complaint. They did not recognise the order number and then suggested that I email them!!! I have now had to contact Monsoon to find out where the parcel might be, I suggested that Monsoon did not use EVRI agin. Why take 6 days to deliver a parcel from UK? I have written 2 complaints about this, never will arrive, parcel and each time EVRI answers with a standard letter which means that they can't even bother to relate to each actual problem.

Goods arrived promptly and were as ordered, returns label was efficiently provided for part of the order which was returned. I have found this company excellent in terms of quality and communication BUT trying to get another password for my account because the one that I remember does not work has proved impossible.

Incredible service my order was delivered less than 24hr after I had paid for it. APC communicated several times and gave me a sensible time slot of 2hrs and it was delivered 1hr into that time. It was a very large item and I live up some steps and had had to leave a note to ask them to leave i at a neighbours, also up steps. this was done extremely efficiently. So pleased woth this service.

Very fast delivery service and incredibly easy returns process together with very reasonable reimbursement. Clothes have good quality though size of my order was small.

All booking went well EXCEPT that all of my banking cards were refused which meant me spending a great deal of time on the telephone to the bank when it was discovered that Thomas Cook system was the problem

Bought with ease, not able to say more until I breakdown, hopefully the service will be as efficient as the purchase.

Received a voucher for a day's Spa. The cost was around £100. I tried to book a day at Center Parcs Longleat, Phoning the booking number several times a message said that it could take i hour to answer. What has evolved is that you cannot redeem the voucher with an online booking. Bookings cannot be made at individual Spas only at Head Office. I have received a message saying that someone will call me back in one or two days!!! This message only arrived after using social media to advise people not to buy vouchers for this company. If phone calls take an hour to answer and it takes 2 days to get back to people I would advise that Head Office has too few people working and that local Spas should be allowed to control bookings. DO NOT BUY VOUCHERS FROM THIS COMPANY.
