Located overseas I rely on a VPN to provide US news, and of course sports. Most recently after an app update I lost the ability to web stream my DishAnyWhere app.
I contacted Nord technical support ID #19954165, and went through a series of information gathering and suggestions for resolution without success, and was informed that no problem was found and I should just keep trying.
Unsatisfied I again contacted Nord customer support ID #20106143 and went through similar suggestions again without success, only rather than suggesting I keep trying Nord simply sent the following
"Reasonable efforts are taken to improve the accuracy and integrity of the Services, but complex software is never wholly free from defects, errors, and bugs. We give no warranty or representation that the Services will be wholly free from defects, errors, and bugs, such as downtime, loss of data, corrupt data, service delay, mistakes, out-of-date information, or other."
In other words we removed the relied upon functionality and too bad.

Of all the games that I have ever played this is one of the worst, the algorithms to generate the shields used in the battles is the worst possible combinations for your team, it is biased against the players, and the player is at the mercy of the algorithm, not opposing players, it is expensive, and not worth the time. This is not a skill game, it is a luck of the draw game.

Beware, I have tried the Field of Greens product and did not notice any change, so I thought I would try again, I am an overseas customer in Thailand, and the prior shipments came right to my door, and quickly, however, this shipment, after two weeks has still not arrived, but now, instead of door to door shipment, the item is stuck in customs, and additional monies are required to get the item through customs, when asked about this, I was met with disinformation, nonsensical statements about customs return the product to Brickhouse, then a credit would be issued, pure rubbish, my life on earth would expire before this would happen. I also noticed the statements regarding the less than full containers of Lean, the same is true for their Collagen
product, and the opening is so small it is difficult to get the product out. Overall this is not a very reputable company, and I would suggest looking at other alternatives to this product, customer service less the helpful

I had been having issues with another VPN, and have been using the Proton mail service, because of the encryption, and decided to try their VPN and purchased their ultimate service, what a mistake.
I was somewhat influenced by an article on a reviewing site, which provided a good review of the Proton VPN, wow, what a bunch of nonsense, from the beginning I had nothing but connection issues, and spent a good amount of time attempting to work through these issues with Proton, however, support was nothing but obfuscation, misdirecting, denial although it was obvious the problem was the Proton VPN. I would switch to my other VPN and the connection issues were resolved. The is not a reliable software provider, and I would look else were for email, VPN, or cloud storage, this is not an advanced solution

I recently took advantage of a reduced pricing offer and resubscribed to the Quicken service, but once again I was reminded of why I discontinued my subscription, besides the pricing issues.
Allegedly when you purchase this service you can install the software on many devices, however, I have to Mac Mini computers in different cities, I am able to install on one Mac Mini, but when I attempt to install on the second Mini, Quicken of course says my subscription is expired, although it is only a few days old, and asks me to renew my subscription, and will not allow me to use the software on my second Mini.
I would like to put to rest that I am using a different ID and password, as I can login on all my other devices, I perceive this as just another attempt by Quicken to extort another subscription, and of course support is non-existent. Talk about mis-information, Quicken pushes you to a community of less than expert personnel.
If your bank offers you the ability to monitor other accounts, I would suggest you take advantage of this service rather than pay for this suspect service, it was much better when it was free, but now follows the new business plan in America, less for more.

When I choose USAA Federal Savings Bank, I liked the fact it appeared to be a patriotic enterprise, and catered to veterans. Basically, I believed the commercials. What I soon discovered this was one of less friendly and versatile banks, and insurance providers. One good point was fee-less ATM withdrawals, this due to the fact USA does have any branches or ATM machines, but this also applied to overseas withdrawals, which benefitted me greatly. I have been able to open another account at another establishment with a similar benefit. Additionally. for specific reasons I have two addition checking accounts. I am stating this for a reason, and the following paragraph will fulling explain why I quit using USAA, enough was enough.
Early this year, as I logged into my account, I was directed to another screen, basically it announced if I did not follow this thread, and answer some rather intrusive questions about my income and projected banking, I would lose access to my online banking privileges, and I could only ignore this warning three times. This effectively would have denied me access to my funds, as USAA is a 100% online bank. USAA stated that this was due to new banking laws, which was strange, as my other four checking accounts did not ask any of the questions presented by USAA, actually my other accounts at other establishments did not ask any questions, on the pretext of new banking rules.
I did confront USAA with this obvious deception, and I received an email that stated an attempt to contact me was made, I returned the call to the number provided, several times, left a message, etc., nothing. I then received another email, stating this individual was from the office of the CEO, and an investigating would be initiated, to date nothing.
At this juncture, I would caution any veteran from using this bank, it is a gimmick to get your funds, but you will soon find it is not so easy, at times, to access your funds. I feel, USAA has violated everything my service stood for, privacy, honesty, and freedom, this is nothing but a woke establishment following PayPal and the voluntary path of reporting to the IRS. My opinion.

Ubuy is a good service to obtain things you miss as an expat, I find that the service is not excessively long, however, I do find the prices a little higher, but never the less you get what you order, they do move things through customs for you. No real complaints other than the price

Overall I feel NordVPN has benefited from unwarranted reviews from technical publications, possibly they are good if using servers in the country of residence, but I required a VPN that would allow me to stream content, initially this was OK, but the servers have been overloaded, and streaming is often not possible. I have been having a dropped service issue which occurs at the same time each day, right at crucial moments of a football games. The time the drop occurs actually changed with daylight savings time. Support has a list of try this or try that which wastes time especially after multiple issues, since NordVPN support only repeats the list, and seem to be unaware that the same suggested solutions were provided on multiple occasions. While the pricing is low, and does supply some assistance, it is degrading do to publication reviews and advertising, reducing server capacity with subscription gains and not adding capacity, sort of local governments adding multiple housing developments with out increasing road capacity until you have a commuting nightmare. I suggest you think twice before subscribing to this service
