I want to make ebelskivers but the ebelskiver pans haven't been cleaned from the fire yet so now I have a little lot of scrubbing to do
it's so funny how openly people on this site hate on ancient literature or authors they've clearly never even read
it’s not that people aren’t allowed to dislike or make fun of ancient literature, because god knows I do enough of that and I study it, so much as like. do you hate/make fun of it in an “I’ve read the relevant work and am aware of the cultural context so this is an informed dislike/mockery” way or an “I read a couple unsourced posts on tumblr and now think I’m an expert & the work is Bad” way. because if it’s the latter I’m immediately discounting it
