I haven't given a review yet because I wanted to wait a few weeks after remembering to take them. Not only do they taste good but I feel calmer, I feel more focused and I have been recommending this to a few people who have actually bought it also. I will definitely be continuing to take these.

STARTED MY JOURNEY 2 MONTHS AGO......
I am now on my 2nd batch, and I noticed by week 3 a difference, I had loads more energy, concentrating more with more clarity ,I am menopausal and my sleep is loads better and my hot sweats are not keeping me up as much! I 💯% recommend these, I was a tad sceptical at first, but wanted something more natural to help rather than HRT. And I am glad I did! They taste great too, I noticed if I take them too late in the day though, because I have buckets of energy I dont go to sleep until late, so I recommend taking them as soon as you wake up! 10/10!!!!
