Never got out items

Never got our items
EDIT: I will not be taking down this review simply because of your nasty comment or the assumption that this is a false review.
I requested coat assistance for my children three months ago. The coats were marked as shipped but were never received. I reached out to the shipper multiple times with no resolution and eventually stopped pursuing it, especially since this was a donation and not a purchase, which honestly made the situation feel questionable.
For reference, my order number is ORDER #1390BLUECHICO. I have shipping/confirmation emails if you feel this is not enough information for you…

Hello, I am not seeing your name in any paid orders. If you were part of our Free Coat Program, all items show delivered and this is a false negative review. No one with your email address has ever asked us for help and this does not reflect our service towards our customers. Did you check the post office for a hold? Also, please reach out to us directly, don't tank our reviews without reason, that's misleading to new customers. We have received zero contact from you about this issue and this is the first we have heard about it. We can help locate where it your item was delivered, but this is inappropriate. Please take the proper steps. Use the contact page on our site or send an email to [email protected] and send us your order #. If your coat was FREE, paid for by us, and if you did not receive it then you need to reach out so that we can find it within the tracking system for you. Please remove this review and go through the proper channels.

I came for the Free Shipping

Shipping was pretty fast and it was free. I ordered a coat and its the warmest I have ever had I will definitely order again. I like that there is no minimum for the shipping.

Christian tee

I love my Christian tee!! I ordered the pale pink..color was very nice:) the design on the front was very well done:)the shirt is soft and it fits well:) I am very pleased with my purchase from Blue Chico!!:)

We really appreciated the coats

We really appreciated the coats. I would just suggest maybe the logo not be all over the place. Maybe just the tag or a small tag on the pocket .

The jacket is great overall but...

The jacket is great overall and durable. The only problem was, it was for a 7 year old girl and when it came it was black and orange red flames and too big. My 13 year old son loves it though and has worn it every day.
