Alysa went above and beyond for me today. As you already know, dealing with the general public is already rough and then you throw in the added bonus of people trying to get out of debt, I’m sure the employees here don’t have too many great days. The tone in Alysa’s voice, the energy that she brings to the table, her vast knowledge of not just your company, but of the so called competitors, and the understanding of how it feels to be in these situations makes me feel spoiled. I don’t know who trains your employees, but if it isn’t Alysa or her twin, you need to reevaluate that for sure! She is the sole reason why I will be using this company from start to finish.
