I purchased a product over the…
I purchased a product over the christmas period which took a couple of weeks to arrive . The product itself was perfect but it wasn't exactly what I thought i had ordered due to a misunderstanding between the description, and the picture on the box.
However after contacting the company by email I received an explanation and a gesture of apology for the misunderstanding.
For me the customer service experience was outstanding and I will have no problem using this company again for future purchases. Thank you to Amy and the customer service team.

Lovely Toy
The Mini Barn is absolutely lovely and our grand daughter loves it. The detail is excellent- very good quality materials for the barn itself with lots of textures and colours, and the little animals are perfect for little hands to hold, all very soft but again with different textures and sounds. It’s brilliant for teaching the animals, colours and numbers, and for hand eye coordination. A really quality product and very responsive customer service.

The Busy Board did not arrive in time
The Busy Board did not arrive in time. When it did it was faulty. I was promised another. After a month got a tracking number for the wrong toy and wrong address. The delivery company Relay somehow had my home phone number. There’s not a real person to talk to. No instructions. Absolutely hopeless. Don’t order from these people.

Excellent company brilliant goods
I ordered some gifts for my grandchildren from this company for Christmas. I have ordered from this company before and their toys are beautiful and so well made. I received notification that my order may not arrive before Christmas and was offered the chance to cancel or have a discount. I took the discount and the goods arrived very soon after Christmas.
I would definitely order goods from them in the future. Their prices are competitive and it is always nice to support companies like this.

Cracking customer service. Great quality
Cracking customer service. One minor complaint about a specific item was dealt with incredibly well. This is basically the only place I buy my kids’ toys from these days - great quality toys, hours of play had from every item. 👍👍👍

UNSAFE FOR BABIES AND CHILDREN
I ordered the mini barnyard animals for my 6 month old nephew. Like lots of others I had issues with shipping and had to chase this up.
Once the item arrived 6 weeks after ordering it, the smell upon opening it was awful. The stitching on the back of the barnyard animals is incredibly poor and was coming apart. This is so dangerous as there are rattles and squeakers inside which could be harmful to little ones.
The squeakers themselves didn't work, the items were visibly dirty and discoloured and I would not give this to any child.
Please avoid, sadly another scam website pretending to be legitimate.

Potential Choking hazard
We ordered two activity books. One was fine but the other one had pieces that weren’t sewn and could be choking hazards. Evidently there is no quality control. Their response took a month and their resolution was to arbitrate with my credit card company and get a refund that way as opposed to the just refunding my money. Plus they suggested I could keep or donate the book even though it is a clear choking hazard for young kids.

Item broken and no response from customer service
Like many other recent reviews item arrived late but it was also broken and unusable. I've contacted customer support several times and sent photos of the item but no response whatsoever.

2 orders placed in December, only one received!
I placed two orders in December, one I would give 5 stars to the other 0, hence 3 stars.
On 9th December I placed an order (confirmed received) for a LED Busy Board which I am yet to receive or get an answer to my email asking if/when I am likely to receive it.
On 13th December I ordered a Magnetic Double Sided Drawing Board (confirmed received). On 16th I received an email advising it had been despatched. It was duly received on 18th December.
So my advice is be very wary of using this company.
UPDATE
I have subsequently received a response to my email and have agreed (on 23rd January) for my missing order to be supplied “within the next few days” and have also received a 30% refund. I will update again when my order is received.

Product took 2 months to arrive. I had expected high quality Montessori toys, but they sell low quality toys from China.
Also, they send you an email asking you to review them. If you select 5 stars it takes you to TrustPilot, if you select 1 star it directs you to another page, so do not trust the reviews !!!

Scammers, the toy came one month later as to what was expected. The toy is broken and no one replies to emails. Scammers who deliver from China and sell to the UK for three times more expensive. All toys can be found on temu twice cheaper as to what they sell.Avoid!

Delayed item, quality not quite good enough.
There was quite a delay in delivery, which made it too late for Christmas. Not seen my promised refund yet? Bit disappointed in the quality, eg of fabric textures and the colours and printed items. Some parts are quite scratchy for little fingers, which means the texture could put off our baby from using it. The clock page has 3 yellow pointers that feel a bit sharp. Anything that may deter a tiny child from learning is bad. Silly to split the A so far away from letter B on the back so it reads A, C, D - and B may be missed out altogether. Accurate sequence is so important!
