The proof that was sent and approved showed the design as screen printed, and we always produce the order exactly as approved to ensure accuracy and consistency. Proofs are sent prior to production so customers have a chance to review and confirm all details before we begin printing. That said, we understand how easy it is for misunderstandings to happen, and we’re more than happy to review options with you and see how we can help moving forward.

I ordered custom embroidered beanies and I could not be happier!!! Apart from the great work the staff at bolt printing is amazing, their customer service is great and they were so helpful and accommodating. Definitely my go to for embroidery.

Crooked Front Logo
Order process was easy, however, I believe the workmanship quality is poor. The logo on the front of every shirt is noticeably crooked. I am surprised the quality department would let this move forward to the client.

You'd think any company would lack in one aspect. But no, 4 orders later it's still the same experience. Order # 5 coming up in a few months. Highly recommend
