Such a great company! I wasn’t sure because there weren’t many reviews, but my experience was great. There was an issue with one ring and the customer service was amazing and they replaced it immediately and sent me some extras! The rings are all beautiful and I’ve been wearing the ones from my previous order all the time (showers, workouts, everything) and they still look brand new

After an initial glitch with sizing my new rings arrived this morning , they fit perfectly and are so sparkley ..... im delighted and would recommend anyone to make a purchase

Nothing but positive feedback, I had 3 rings that didn't fit, always had a prompt reply and finally got a gorgeous ring, not the original one I ordered as was taken off site. Will definitely order again, my rings are stunning, not tarnished. Never take them off.

I orders 3 rings and they came with in a week. The rings where nice but the wrong ring was sent and another is to small. I didn’t like the colour of the gold it’s very yellowish. I emailed the company twice and messaged them on social media and have had no response a week later. On there website it states that they will reply within 24hrs. I’m happy to send them back and order different colour and sizes and I’d like the correct ring to be delivered but I can’t seem to get hold of anyone to discuss this.

Ordered a lovely ring, unfortunately when it arrived it was too small. Contacted company they were so helpful nothing was a problem, and I recieved a new one couple of days later. Would definitely recommend they were so good at communicating with me. Beautiful jewellery will definitely be ordering again soon.

I love my DIAMORAY rings … I initially purchased so that my hands didn’t feel naked as I didn’t like to travel with my real jewellery… I am now obsessed & buy just because I love them. They look amazing & the sparkle is real !Customer service is also great 😊

Received my lovely ring today. I had input my email address incorrectly and so having not heard from them I contacted them by email . A prompt response from Gina tracking down the parcel and providing me with tracking details , I felt very supported and looked after by her. The ring is fabulous and I will be getting back to the website soon to order more !

I ordered 3 items in the buy 2 get 1 free promotion. 2 pairs of earrings and a ring. The items arrived within the stated time frame. Unfortunately I had misunderstood the sizing on one pair of the earrings and the earrings were too small for me. I emailed customer services who responded the next day and asked what size I would like. Even though the earrings were the free item, they replaced them free of charge.
The items are as described on the website and I am very happy with the purchase. I will definitely consider purchasing from this company again.

Within 24 hours of putting my new ring on, my finger was green. All of my rings are silver and I’ve never had a problem, I emailed them the next morning and they said it was a bad batch and they have sent a replacement. 2 days later my finger was itchy and horrible, I then emailed asking for a tracking number for the new ring and got a reply saying they can’t send me a replacement and will issue a refund.

The first person I was speaking to said it had been sent and now 3 days later I’m not getting a replacement at all and no one had told me until I asked. Definitely don’t think I’ll be using them again to add to my collection, very disappointed.
