I purchased an extension from FMEextensions and I’m very happy with both the product and the support.

The team, especially Saqib, handled the installation on staging and production with professionalism. We had some technical issues due to our server setup, but they quickly optimized the extension and even went beyond standard support to ensure everything worked flawlessly.

Their responsiveness, expertise, and customer care really stood out. The extension is now running perfectly on our live site, and I highly recommend FMEextensions for both their modules and outstanding support.

I have purchased around a hundred Magento extensions (both 1 & 2) in my lifetime, and I don’t recall ever having such a bad experience as with FME. I bought two extensions, and both do not work or deliver what they promise—specifically, Cache Warmer and OTP Login.
Contacted via ticket, they responded evasively when faced with the evidence. At one point, they even asked if I had purchased the Magento 1 version instead of the Magento 2 one—as if it were possible to install one in place of the other.
After multiple follow-ups via ticket and email, they eventually stopped responding altogether—obviously because they had no answer. Without a doubt, the worst Magento extension provider I have encountered in 15 years of business.

We recently implemented the magento 2 OTP login module from FME , and it has been incredible smooth and efficient experince . We are now considering additional extensions to further enhance our websites performance .

Before buying "Restrict Products by Customer Group" we contacted support and asked for a specific functionality. Unfortunately it did not work as expected. Tech support is slow, everyday one message in buggy ticketing system, back and forth with no solution. Finally we deleted the extension and claimed the money back guarantee but they don`t want to give our money back. They only refund under certain conditions that you cannot find in their policies. This looks like fraud. We lost many hours with writing, waiting and in the end we lost our money.

As a merchant, I'm really happy with the Price Calculator module from FME. It does a great job calculating prices for products of different sizes. I definitely recommend it for stores with a variety of products!

After contacting support when we had some issues in the module we purchased, they quickly resolved everything and also released a new version.

My client recently purchased the price calculator but encountered a few issues after installation. I reached out to the support team, and they promptly assisted me.

Did not read this page for I bought a extension from them. But afterward I regret this, exactly what other wrote happened to me also. The extension gave problems so half of the webside went offline. Registered ticket and after 1 day the famous question, order number and date please. Another day waiting…other question about login info backend…every day now 1 question but no solution. And the shop still in problems. So removed the extension and informed them, we want to use 45-days money back. Quit now. But after some time suddenly the info that they will decide if I get my money back. Now after 2 weeks waiting suddenly info they want to solve it…and did not read that we removed the extension…so very amateuristic there…never buy from then…terrible code and extensions. Should be banned from magento market.

This company is NOT LEGIT
Never received any order confirmation, the module had no instructions. I purchased their Meta tags seo extension. I thought the idea of it was to be able to add your attributes to create your own custom H1 tag. It doesn't allow this. Immediately asked for a refund. see below my communication...

This has to be a scam! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION, SO OBVIOUSLY I CAN'T CONFIRM THE ORDER NUMBER. HOW HARD IS IT FOR YOU TO CHECK YOUR SALES UNDER MY NAME xxxx xxxxx LAST COMMUNICATION WITH YOU. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORSE EVER.

Hi, I do have any invoices from you. I can't login, states credentials are wrong. Can't reset the password. This is the last time I will state this. If you can't be bothered to check the sales in magento, then I will contact paypal for a refund. Not a good start! Regards,

Had issues with the extension but customer support was quite helpful in resolving the issues quickly.

Worst support. They ask the questions instead of providing the solution. 40 days and no solution.

The company seems fraud or running as auto mode. I purchased “Distance Based Shipping” module from them. We reported issues as module basic things were not working. After making multiple followed up no resolution and they even did not bother to check the reported issues. I asked them for refund as per their 45 days Money Back assurance. But after that no reply at all. I don’t recommend this company for Magento modules or magento related development, and even any services as it looks like a fraud company.
