Both bedside tables that we ordered arrived damaged. After speaking to customer service we were promised a replacement set. A week later only one bedside table replacement arrived, also damaged. Two weeks of back and forth via email, as they do not answer their phone, and we still don’t have a resolution to our problem. I’ve started the chargeback process through our bank. The tables are far from cheap yet the quality of the products and customer service leave much to be desired.

The chandelier is beautiful but support with this company is seriously lacking. I had an issue with install and could not get any support until I submitted a trust pilot complaint. They have some tremendous improvements to make in that area. That said, the chandelier, once installed, is gorgeous and seems high quality for a decent price.

BUYER BEWARE. We ordered a media console from Houlte and it has been a nightmare the entire way through. First, they definitely won’t meet the fast estimated delivery on the site. I looked past this, they said there were storms, etc. and seemed very on top of it. Fine, I was excited for this gorgeous piece so I didn’t mind waiting as it seemed worth it.
When we finally received the product it was clear there was little quality control. The color is completely off from the site (I mean, orangey rather than the light oak pictured.. I don’t think we can call this just variation in wood). Putting it together took forever as holes didn’t always line up, etc. The doors are on cheap type hinges that you have to adjust to try and line everything up, but no matter what you do they will not sit aligned.. one will always be off making the whole thing look cheap. Not to mention the corners simply do not match up in how they are carved. Definitely no “seamless flow” as in the description. I shared this with the company and they said they’d send me a new one.. they never did. After following up they just sent a video on how to adjust the doors even though I already told them that doesn’t work. For a $1000+ piece of furniture… it’s just shocking how poor this piece is.
Lastly, and perhaps the most disgusting, is that I wrote a review on their website and it was never posted. Instead, my picture was posted with a completely fake name and fake positive review. I am in shock.
No matter how cute it might look on their website - just don’t waste your time and money. The reviews are lies and you’ll be disappointed.

Product looks good in my home and installation was fairly easy. Bought the Holt (3) x 31.5. The cabinets came with gold handles. Would like to have chrome/ silver since I have zero gold in my home. I bought some off markets but they didn’t fit right. Do you have chrome or silver available? Thanks.

Purchased two pieces in mid December.
I was in contact with them about fixing the problem and thought they would after a video and pictures of the issue. They sent me a couple of handles that did fix one of the problems but now they have ghosted me after repeated texts to the employee Mariz. The instructions show an adjustable door hinge but both pieces did not have them. I tried everything to make the doors close with no success. I will never recommend or buy from these people again. So disappointed that this company is run this way. I will be leaving reviews on every platform I can. Now I have paid a lot of money for broken furniture.

Purchased furniture November 21st, 2025.
Received the console January 18th, 2025, Holt 63” solid oak console, almost 2 months following order. On the positive side: the console is well made and functional, perfect addition to our hallway. Well packaged, we did not have broken, missing or scratched pieces. Took a couple of hours to put the pieces together, but I believe it was worth it given the reasonable price. Following the first review we also received useful tracking information vs. the prior “ late due to high demand/ Christmas period sales” comments . Would I buy it again? Yes , but would adjust my expectations to the lengthy wait period.

Update: after posting my first review of 1 star, Houlte did reach out and sent a second console free of charge. Once again the console arrived quickly. Upon receiving this console, almost all the parts were there (missing 1 washer), which I doubt I would have even mentioned if this wasn’t my second go round with them. There was one small corner of the backing that was slightly damaged too. But again, nothing that impacted assembly and overall results. I stand by that the console is sturdy which is nice. Houlte, also seemed very motivated for a second chance to make things right and an updated review. I do like that both console lights, function off one remote. If this was my first experience I would order again from them but all and all I would have some reservations but wouldn’t rule it out based on the fact that customer service did make it right.

The cabinet is beautiful, but I encountered a minor issue—the O-model screws I purchased were too short. After emailing Houlte, they responded immediately. Instead of making me wait for restocking, they promptly directed me to buy screws at a local hardware store. I fixed it that very day. They even refunded me $20 for the screw purchase. This is what customer service should be—practical and efficient!

Please read the instructions carefully before purchasing. I overlooked the website description and mistakenly assumed the product was ready-made. Only after receiving the package did I discover it contained nothing but a pile of wooden boards. Oh, this was indeed my own fault for not double-checking. I initially planned to return it, but we ended up assembling it ourselves following the manual. Honestly, following the instructions wasn't difficult at all—it turned out to be a great opportunity to hone my diy skills.

Due to limited inventory availability, my order took six weeks to complete. The customer service team informed me of this situation prior to purchase. When I urgently inquired about installation dimensions, they provided detailed drawings within hours.

Do NOT order from here. This site is 100 percent a scam. The phone number has an LA area code even though they claim to be from Denver. Usually the phone doesn't even ring and when it goes to voicemail there is no greeting. The address listed is actually a condo when you search it. After I couldn't get in touch to cancel an order I submitted a fraud claim. Houlte then got in touch and tried to get me to cancel the claim saying they were only able to refund me AFTER canceling the claim... Don't do this, that's a classic scam tactic. There are many more red flags as well. Avoid this place at all costs

We paid for a side board to be delivered online. Was sent Email with invoice explaining delivery would be confirmed soon.
We heard nothing more. Few weeks later, Sent a email to customer service to ask for details.
Soon after, order canceled out of the blue. We were confused. Communication was confusing, but saying something about no stock at warehouse and time frames for next batch would take time.
We thought we had made a mistake, and they thought we wanted to cancel the order.
So I, Said we were happy to wait as we loved the piece.
We reordered. Same thing happened. Even though there was no change online to stock available.
We thought we had been scammed. Fortunately we did receive our money back. Won’t be buying anything from this company in the future.
