Placed a Christmas order for my nephew at the end of November. It's now Feb 11 and I keep getting emails from them that it's coming. It's a "super special" handmade product. It's coming. Blah. Blah. Blah. With no tracking information or shipping information or even a customer number to reach out. This is a SCAM 100%. Do not order from this company. Then they have the audacity to ask people in the emails about why they don't have their order to not leave reviews based on their experience.

I have reported this website due to non-responsiveness and failing to confirm orders following several weeks of placing the orders and paying. They are also creating shipping labels but delaying pickups by freight forwarders. Do not fall in their trap and there are much better vendors out there.

Excellent balance and great craftsmanship. The katana arrived in strong packaging and everything felt secure. The handle wrap is neat and comfortable to hold. The fittings match well and give it a premium look. The blade edge is sharp and even.

I ordered my katanas 12/15/2025 and 12/17/2025 respectively. I am yet to receive my katanas. I have sent multiple emails asking for updates with no response other than the “we will do our best to respond as soon as possible”. I wish they had a phone number to call or would just give an actual response via email. I’ll try to get some update but this has been a rough experience. I would advise caution when ordering from them. Know you will get no customer service.

SCAMMERS!!!! Placed order on first week of January. Now approaching 2nd week of February and still no swords. I communicated with them several times and no response. The worse experience so far. Will be filing a chargeback. Dont get fooled by these fools.

This place is just a straight up scam. I ordered a katana for my buddies Xmas gift in late November of last year. I waited for weeks and It never even shipped. I sent them a number of emails and finally got a response that basically said “sorry lots of volume we’ll get it shipped out soon” and they never did. I eventually reported them to my credit card company and was refunded.

Very pissed off as ordered mine in middle of December hoping to get it by Xmas , absolute joke, still nothing and like others say it’s waste of time emailing them as just automated email replies with the same excuse so can’t speak to a human, this isn’t worth 1 star but had to put it in , don’t waste your money on this company, it’s a scam

Durable materials and excellent finishing. The blade arrived straight and sharp, and the handle feels secure with no looseness. The scabbard fits properly and the sword draws smoothly. It is a great choice for collectors and training alike.

Hate I had to give them any stars at all. I ordered a engraved and sharpened Ichigo sword on 10/09/2025 and it is now 02-06-2026. This company will not refund me, blocked me from sending messages on social media, and won't respond to emails. They have no number to call so they just ignore emails. After complaining, they began sending homosexual messages, telling me to buy something for my boyfriend. I am not gay, nor did I mention my sexuality. They must have thought it was funny though. In three days it will make 4 months. I'd go elsewhere for swords and avoid this company unless you just want to donate your hard earned cash to them. Expect shadiness with this company.

Worst ever customer service refuses to respond to any email no phone number just brutal.

Website said fast delivery, I expected a bit longer so I ordered early for Christmas. It’s now February and it only just arrived. I’ve contacted the team multiple times asking where it was and how long it will take, only to receive generic emails every time. When it arrived we were stoked because it had been over two months wait and relief I wasn’t scammed. Problem was it had deep scratches on the handle. Spend $400 and waited so long for it to arrive damaged after being promised “quality”. Handle looks cheap but the blade looked good. Overall don’t recommend, most stressful purchase ever made. Very concerning that you can’t leave reviews on the site.

Well balanced katana that looks fantastic and feels sturdy in use.

Dispatch took serval weeks to send out katana, it was ordered on the 17/11/25 and received it 5/2/26 however satisfied with the product, and it is very sharp, as I am now missing the tip of my finger!! Good stuff 👍

Absolutely horrible experience, seems like a scam. We ordered at the beginning of November, were told we would have the sword by Christmas; it’s now February still now sword. We continue to get AI generated emails…worst experience we have ever had with an online order. We will NEVER recommend to anyone

I wouldn't even give them a one star but I have to put something down. Do not buy from this site. No communication, empty promises and no product. They advertise saying we have an overshipment of Katanas that need to go if that was the case than why the backlog of people not getting their katanas. Do yourself a favor and just dont order from this site or you will be disappointed and have to dispute it with your bank.
