Huge this company!

I contacted them through the website business-finance-international for a creation of Maltes company.

I sent them a provision of 2625€ on the 09/01/2021 on account of MBA Lawyers in Luxembourg, half march nothing in hand, they told me it was because of the new Maltese rules and laws, and asked me if it was ok for me to process the equivalent in Ireland.

We are 29/04/2021 and nothing still, i called the french phone number two times and the guy just told me that he calls me back and nothing happens. He also informed me that the guy "Joel" i was dealing with doesn't work for them anymore, anyway he disappeared. They should write me a mail today but i don't believe any word from them anymore. As i know that the refund will be quite utopic, i will anyway contact my lawyer to care about this in order not to accept without any word to be scammed like that. Especially that i have the luck to be also registered in Luxembourg where their bank account is located and that this country is much more reactive than France for this.

Really never work with them and take care because they have numerous websites all related to MBA Lawyers. Once you pay they don't care about you anymore, only playing with you telling tomorrow, next week, very soon and blablabla...

All copies, documents, screenshots and vocal messages from them are registered.

Asked to create a company in bulgaria…

Asked to create a company in bulgaria through them.
Horrible company. Very little replies once paid, says they need papers when the government doesn't need it.

After 3 month, lost 2400 € + no company

Edit after answer of the company:
As you can see in this document : "TABLEAU RECAPITULATIF DE L'ETAT ACTUEL DU DROIT CONVENTIONNEL
EN MATIERE DE LEGALISATION", the French government doesn't give an "apostille" for documents in direction of Bulgaria.
I went to the Paris court to get the papers 3 times, and each time I was refused with the above document as why they couldn't deliver the Apostille.

It has now been over 45 days since Mba Lawyers Ltd have this information and just stating "We need to wait for our lawyer".
Tried to call him multiple times over the weeks and never got an answer.

I also requested a refunded which I didn't get.

I would recommend you to be VERY CAREFUL when dealing with them.

We simply asked this client for an apostille copy of his passport as we are setting up the company remotely during the health crisis.
This gentleman went to the Bulgarian Consulate where he was told that this was not necessary for Bulgaria.
Maybe it is true, but we need to be sure that the documents he sends us are true and for this purpose it is enough to send your request for an apostille to the "apostille" service of the Court of Appeal to which the signatory of the act or the authority that has affixed a registration or certification mention depends. The request may be made on a form or on plain paper.

We therefore do not understand why this customer does not want to have his passport apostilled.
