From the initial beginning , the salesman was great , helpful and informative, It didn't take long for the scaffolding team to arrive , very professional and great friendly service , the installation of the solar panels was done in no time at all . Everything has been covered and discussed with us . We are very pleased with the great service that we have received from the team of Solar Project. Thank you .

All parts of the process were excellently done , with continuous follow up emails/ phone calls explaining the workings

So I had a visit today from product solars engineer - Rickie Meade.

Someone once told me, “A company’s true strength lies in the dedication and excellence of its customer-facing team—they are the heartbeat of every lasting success.”

That sentiment has never felt more relevant than today. What could have been a complete nightmare—thanks to an awkwardly placed under-stair cupboard—was entirely avoided thanks to the engineer, Rickie Meade. His enthusiasm and genuine roll-up-your-sleeves attitude turned a challenging situation into a positive experience, and he was determined to get the job done properly.

Great work, Project Solar. With more people like Rickie on your team, you’ll keep customers happy—and coming back for more.

Horrendously expensive I totally regret not doing more home work now scaffolding people they use are rude and take forever to come back and get it. One of the installation people gave me the impression they would rather be some where else. The consultants who visit you promise you all the support before during and after and you barely speak to anyone on the phone when completed it’s all done by email. For what I paid I would hope for more

Your team were on time and arrived when they said they would, they were polite at all times, efficient and got on with the installation very quickly, both teams the scaffold team and the solar team were a great bunch of guys.
I would highly recommend them.

The 2 that came to install the solar panels Paul Wigfall and Jordan Williams were polite and did the job quickly and efficiently they made sure everything was secure and they cleaned up after they had done the work and explained how the app worked

The service was excellent in both planning and execution we were kept up to date with the progress

The sales person spent 6 hours with us, they were the dearest by far but convinced us that their products were far superior to other competitors, offering much longer guarantees.
The installation was completed promptly but the App did not work. Almost 3 weeks later and the App is still not working, an employee revealed that they have been having problems for some weeks now! Something the salesperson failed to mention.
Project Solar fails miserably in customer support, giving no information what the problem is.
Based on the service so far and the high cost of the installation, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Hi I was told they would be there between 8 oclock-10 o’clock about 12 I rang to find out any news to be told I was second job ok fine bu it Would have been nice to no so I would only 1/2 day off but once there they where great

Matt, Kieran and Steve were brilliant - arrived early, accomodated us and worked around our needs, fast and efficient, explained everything at each stage, very neat work.
Matt was great, went through the app and ensured we were supported with set up.
A great experience and excited to get using our new solar system!

The whole plan to get solar went incredibly smoothly . Shane came and explained everything beautifully. The scaffolding went up , then installers ( Chris and Derek) did a great job . Shane has been back to check all ok . Really happy .

Let's be fair, the efficiency and capability of Project Solar is phenomenal and the kit is superb. The panels look great and (when it's not raining) do their job better than expected.

But, with all the sales chit chat and statistics comes an expectation that Project Solar must be held to account over - the electrician was amazing and the email/phone support team are very good, but the roofers were a joke and the scaffolding seems to be something that is so far down someone's action log that it's fine to leave it around your house as a security risk until someone notices they're running out of poles and clamps, and then wants to come around soonest at your inconvenience to collect their kit on your property...

I'm very pleased with what has been installed and happy to recommend the company to others out there. But, Project Solar, choose your subcontractors well as reputational damage is hard to overcome if the rot sets in...

Derry and Tommy were excellent. Our installation was spot on. We are Really pleased.

The whole experience from beginning to end was excellent. Makram arrived on time and explained everything we needed to know very clearly. The guys putting up the scaffolding came at the time and date they said they would and were very considerate to our property and our neighbours and arranged a date to take them back down again without any issues. Harry, Dan and Harrison, who installed the panels etc were great they arrived completed the job explained everything to us and tidied up after themselves Harry even started the ball rolling to sort out the issue we had with my email address being entered incorrectly. I believe you definitely get what you pay for and would recommend Project Solar to anyone.

The project solar team have made the whole process so smooth, from initial visit to installation. Great communications, detailed overview of project costs and savings and very receptive to changes and updates.
Derek and Chris from the install team have been superb on getting cracked on, keeping us updated and leaving a clean and tidy site afterwards.

Disgraceful contact strategy. Outwardly admitted that they had ignored my requests that they stop calling me because they felt I hadn't given them sufficient enough reason for not wanting to proceed with a call. I do not need to explain my personal circumstances to a company calling me. They have just called again and said they will be calling me later so that I have time to explain. I am beyond words, absolutely disgusting but also what a waste of time.

The team were both friendly and efficient and despite some complications they remained in good spirits and completed a neat and tidy job.

The 2 young men (Harry and Harrison)in Dan's team worked exceedingly well under Dan's enthusiastic and knowledgeable leadership. We are very happy with the resultant installation of the Project Solar panels.
