The process of getting a pick up was simple and easy. I thought the price was fair. The driver Max was phenomenal. Great with communications on my end and my wife in Florida.

Brilliant work. We initially contacted a competitor (Sherpa) over one month before our intended move. We waited four weeks to be matched with a transport company, but never recvd a confirmation despite our calls and urgency (my family and I were moving across the continent for a new job in the dead of winter). Approx 6 days before we were scheduled to fly from NY to CA, we called the competitor who we were relying upon, and they still couldn’t confirm anything with us. We then called Roadrunner. Roadrunner immediately provided us with a pick up date —even though we only had a few days to work with. They arrived at our home at the precise time and date promised, despite 17 inches of snow and temps in the single digits (they even had to jump one of our cars, which wouldn’t start due to the cold). Our cars arrived in Central CA (from Northern Westchester, NY) in 6 days, significantly early than we anticipated. Btw, our furniture movers picked up our belongings two days before Roadrunner picked up our SUVs, and we are still waiting for our furniture delivery, which won’t be arriving for at least another two days from today…

A+++, 10/10….They are miracle workers, professional, capable courteous, always reachable—and even provided us with a real time map of the location of our cars during the 2700 mile trip. **Another tremendous value here: they supplied us with one quote—this quote covered EVERYTHING from pick up to delivery—with NO hidden costs, fees, or ANY extra charges whatsoever— i.e. NO extra fees for loading both of our SUVs to capacity with boxes, belongings, etc.

I had a great experience with RoadRunner, starting with everyone who contacted me with updates. They were helpful and communicated clearly whenever there was new information. The driver was very nice, professional, and efficient. Even though my car was picked up a day later than the original pickup date, it was still delivered on the expected delivery date. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience.

The car arrived in 5 days, and they were friendly and communicated in advance - both before pick-up and deliver. The car arrived in the same condition as it was picked up. Absolutely no complaints. Seamless was to transport a vehicle and I will recommend RoadRunner to by friends and colleagues !!

The driver was a bit rushed, but I suppose that’s understandable. The car was delivered in a timely fashion; pick up and delivery was communicated; car was delivered in the same condition it was picked up in.
