There is literally ZERO support

Sigenergy's so called "support" is quite literally non-existent. I've had an extremely expensive system of theirs installed but require some very basic information about setting their AI up so that it makes decisions based on my actual energy tarif. Instead of listing common energy suppliers in a drop down menu, the app forces you to enter your dynamic supply costs as a function of some market rate plus X plus Y. I don't know how to reconcile this and need some basic guidance. Despite the support pages of their website featuring lots of pictures of happy smiley people wearing headsets lined up ready to take my call, there is in fact zero telephone support available anywhere. I cannot find a single contact number anywhere online. Worse still, when you pursue the only options available, they are all completely ignored. I've tried numerous times emailing, contact request via their website portal, and also through the app. All methods have been met with a grand sum of NO response whatsoever of any kind. It's a nice neat solution for Sigenergy. Force all support requests in writing where you can then simply ignore them. For the customer of course not nearly so good. I would never have gone anywhere near these cowboys if I'd known this in advance and strongly advise anyone considering placing an order to look elsewhere. If it were possible, i'd give these guys the same they have given me... Absolutely ZERO stars!

Die App funktioniert

Die App funktioniert, aber Vorsicht: Owner-/Admin-Rechte liegen nicht automatisch beim Anlagenbesitzer. Ein Dienstleister kann dauerhaft Super-Admin bleiben, und es ist unklar, welche Daten er einsehen kann. Der Support reagiert auf entsprechende Anfragen nicht oder nur sehr verzögert. Das schränkt Kontrolle und Datenschutz erheblich ein. Klärt das unbedingt vorab.

I got Sigenergy installed last year

I got Sigenergy installed this time last year and I have to say it is the best decision I have ever made. Despite not having a great summer my electricity bills reduced by 75%. I am really looking forward to seeing what the system can produce if we get a good summer.

Had a slight issue wit my car charger and my installer was straight out issue fixed and not a peep since.

It's true when people say you pay for quality

Poor customer service - leads to cancellation.

Some neighbours and I were considering using the batteries and control system manufactured by this company, and obtained quotations that looked quite good, but having looked at some of the reviews, a couple of queries arose, and these were as follows: 1. Fire risk due to faulty parts/incorrect installation.
2. Which parts of the battery/control centre have less than 10 years' warranty?
These questions were sent on the 13th January, stating that we required an answer within a week, as an order was ready for agreement. The only response that was received was "Which country are you in?" and since then, no further communication has been received.
I have now cancelled my order for this equipment in favour of a competitor, as they cannot be bothered to answer questions that the installer could not - they don't deserve the business.

I bought a Sigenergy battery system…

I bought a Sigenergy battery system from Lightforce Solar in September. The system is exceeding my expectation and despite the expectation of a longer payback time because of the battery, it looks like it will be no longer than had I got panels only. Not only do I use it to store solar energy, but I also take advantage of the hour of free power offered by my power company and that creates some significant wins.

Worst

There is 0 customer support. It’s been almost 2 months no one has responded to my emails or calls. My setup has got faulty inverter which can cause fire and it’s a serious hazard. They should be sued.

Very poor customer service

Hardware appears good and contrary to a lot of users, I have found the app to be good.

The issue is in the customer service. I had my system installed in November 25. Approximately 1 week later my Inverter cannot connect to wifi. When trying to search for wireless networks to connect to, it fionds none. Not a single one. I have even tried setting up multiple mobile hotspots using only 2.4GHz but it finds nothing.

The people on phone support offer no help and say you will be called back. It is now 4/1/25 and I have still received no call back in that month.

Making a support ticket results in a guaranteed minimum wait time of a week. Then, you will receive a generic response as though from AI or a script and they then close the ticket, resulting in the necessity to create a new ticket and restart the waiting process.

They also offer this level of service to the installers as I have had the installing electricians (who are excellent) back to help sort it out, but they too get the same treatment. Fortunately, the elctrician created an ethernet cable for me to hardwire in until it is resolved. The downside is I am having to route this through a cracked open window during winter. Not ideal.

Very, very poor customer service experience so far. I have lost all faith in the Sigenergy ecosystem as a result, but it is now too late.

If, like me you were considering Tesla originally. Do yourself a favour and go with them.

Absolute Katastrophe das System!!

Absolute Katastrophe das System!!! Bei Problemen meldet sich niemand und fühlt sich auch niemand angesprochen!!!

System hat ein extrem hohen Eigenverbrauch wegen den Lüftern und ist extrem laut!
KI tooootttaalllll toll wenn es funktionieren würde…….

Leider viel zu teuer im Nachhinein und viel marketingbubble!

Truffata tramite chiamata....buffoni inoltre mancando mia mamma l ho intestato a me e il contatore è dell Enel dove io ho chiesto il rientro ed è sempre stato di 3kw...loro me l hanno portato a 4,5.....a me aiuta la croce rossa a pagare le bollette e io vivo sola.....ci rifiutiamo di pagare dieci giorni di luce a 134 euro.... vergognatevi......

Super Anlage

Habe die Sigenergy-PV Anlage seit Ende Juni 2025. Bin kein Experte aber für uns ist die Anlage top. Von der Installationsfirma (moddemann.de) bis hin zur Anlage sind wir begeistert. 13,5 kWp Anlage mit 16 kW Speicher inkl. Ersatzstrom und 11 kW Wallbox. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. App läuft einwandfrei. Würde sie zu 100% weiterempfehlen.....Probleme....bisher null. preis top

Triphase System with 30kwh storage and…

Triphase System with 30kwh storage and DC car charger.
The sistem was online in a day after the solar was put up.
The app is extremely reliable, you get Tesla level stability and UI.
Customer support was excellent both in the app and with the company that built the Solar and Siegenergy system (Enivon).

Having a DC charger at home is simply exceptionally, 0 costs for charging Two Teslas and a whole house through end of September!

Love the Battery system .BUT!!!

Love the Battery system. well designed and thought out. If you are a macbook user there seems to be no app available for macbook. If there is isnt to hard to find and or not available. took a bit of stuffing around to get phone app running. after a week,the app download of finding it seems to be the only down side

Spitzen Technology mit weitgehenden Möglichkeiten.

Endlich einmal eine gut durchdachte Spitzentechnologie, mit vielen Möglichkeiten Zusatzgeräte einzubinden.
Die Vielfalt der Programmierung setzt sich von anderen Herstellern deutlich ab und es zeigt sich das andere Unternehmen mal wieder in der Technik hinterherlaufen.

Anmeldung nur als Unternehmen/ Installateur möglich

Bei nunmehr 5 Versuchen, die App zu laden, sollte ich mich immer als Installateur anmelden, es gab keine andere Option. Zu Beginn dachte ich noch "okay, kein deutsches Unternehmen, vielleicht ein Übersetzungsfehler", als ich am Ende dann aber einen Servicevertrag unterzeichnen sollte war klar, hier passt was nicht.

Avoid SIGENERGY at all cost!

Perhaps the most advanced battery/solar/generator system around (for 3 phase).
However I would urge everyone to avois SIGENERGY like the black plague.
5 months and the system still doesn't work correct.
Sigs engineer (in house team) cause my ATS to burn out because he instructed the installer using a trail and erro procedure.
I've lost track of the service calls my by the solar installer (good guy) and the great number of calls he's put into Sig.
Sig reckon a 3rd party provider can resolve everything over the phone (Their called Omnidian). They can't.
At one point they were going to send a guy to site but then changed the plan and we were back to phone service.
One this occasion the phone team sent an email detailing how my guys had not conncted a wire - sadly, the omnidian phone guy got it completely wrong. So the mark 2 email came out - easy fix they said, just swap 2 wires, which would be the ones the Sig engineer asked to be swapped away from their correct position causing the ATS to fail. Sure but swapping the wires won't work because Sig blew my ATS up.
I am suing.
I am going to fair trading.
And I am going to raise this vociferously with Minister Chris Bowen.
Please choose any other supply for your peace of mind

Einfach zu bedienen

Einfach zu bedienen. KI hilft dabei. Dynamische Strompreise auch dabei. Sehr kleines Gerät das eigentlich überall hinpasst und dazu noch gut aussieht.
Kann es nur empfehlen.
