The DR. that I spoke with was very sweet and very knowledgeable about the impressions. she walked me right through it without any trouble. the virtual video should be a must from the start. save time and molds.

Very happy with the service I received from Dr Arooj. She took the time and gave me tips to get an approved impression. She made the process easy.

I deeply regret purchasing aligners from this company. I went through four separate rounds of treatment, including refinements, and none of them delivered the results shown in the digital simulations I was asked to approve.

Each time, I followed instructions, wore the aligners as directed, and provided photos when requested. Despite that, the aligners were often loose, ineffective, and failed to close my gaps — which was the main reason I started treatment. With the most recent set, multiple steps were loose, and my teeth actually appear more spaced rather than improved.

What made this experience more frustrating was the constant back-and-forth of photos and projections with no real resolution. After four failed attempts, I was told there is no refund due to their policy, despite the treatment not working as promised.

This process was exhausting, expensive, and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Impressions were difficult at first without help and by myself. After setting up a virtual consultation with Dr Arooj the impressions came out perfect the first time both top and bottom. She was very patient and helpful. Thank you!

From the beginning, I have found the process well organized and thorough. The aligners are doing the trick as I have seen results after the first aligner! I am using the nighttime upper and lower aligners. To be honest, my teeth are not that crooked, they have just moved over the years and the lower teeth really needed alignment. The whitener appliance works very well and the teeth are protected by a gel. I look forward to the end result.

The doctor was extremely helpful in helping me make sure my impressions were done correctly. She took her time and I was never rushed. Just supported me through the process.

The customer service I have received from Smilie, specifically Brett Arndt, has been exceptional. He always responds to my inquiries immediately and has been helpful when I have experienced difficulties uploading pictures.

Most recently my son had trouble with his bottom retainer and Brett informed me he would get a new one sent out immediately.

There are several companies providing aligner services but I highly recommend Smilie.
