Awful company

I ordered pro enzorbs for my dog (no prescription needed).

The delivery charges were quite expensive but I needed them quickly so I paid £5.49 delivery for 24 hour Royal Mail.

Three days later no sign of them or an email saying they had been dispatched.

I emailed company who replied swiftly saying they would dispatch them.

I have them expressed my dissatisfaction with paying nearly £6 for next day delivery for them to say it was next day delivery once they were dispatched and they aim to dispatch as soon as possible.

This should not be advertised as next day if the company can’t be bothered to dispatch them.

I ordered dog food on Monday January…

I ordered dog food on Monday January 12th. I called on the 19th to find out where my was and was told that it wasn’t dispatched until Friday January 16th. This is extremely poor. I was told that we would receive today, January 20th. We didn’t receive it as it has only got to the depot. Extremely poor service and I will not purchase from them again.

No real customer service if things go wrong

Ordered some pet snacks online. On sending the order, the screen immediately changed to tell me that I had been charged (in full) but there was a problem. Telephoned to be told that they didn’t have enough of the product. I did agree to taking what they had, and expected an immediate refund for the remainder.
As I hadn’t heard anything about the refund, telephoned to find out what was going on, and as no good explanation was offered, I asked that the accounts people called me (twice) which they didn’t do.
Just found out (not from the company who still haven’t called) that my refund is due next week, some 6 days after the order.
They were quick enough to take the money (fraudulently, in my opinion as they knew they couldn’t fulfil the order) but they had no intention of refunding the balance just as quickly. Very ‘shady’ practice.
They need to sort out their software so this can’t happen in the first place and sort out their appalling lack of proper customer service to avoid upsetting customers. I did NOTHING wrong, yet I am being treated with a lack of respect.
Avoid this lot like the plague.

**Since writing this, I have had a pleasant phone call to apologise and offer an explanation. However I still say that it shouldn’t have happened**

Bad customer service

Ordered for the first time 5 days ago, got order confirmation email instantly. Today I got a refund from PayPal but had nothing to say my order has been cancelled from them. Bad customer service, wouldn't recommend.
I'll stick with animed, pay a little more but they're reliable.

Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased! Ordered frontline flea/tick spray in 5th December!!!! It’s now 11th and I’ve still not received it! I tried calling and got a very unhelpful woman who sounded like she was bored!… still haven’t received the order… will now be getting a refund!

Make their own guidelines up

I used the company twice and found them to be difficult regarding a written prescription. They requested the strength of dog Metacam be on the written prescription but it only comes in one strength. They tried to say the dispensing guidelines had changed in September 2025 but this is completely untrue as they haven’t been updated since 2024. Myself and my daughter both work in vets so knew it was incorrect

Avoid buying anything from them !!!

I called to check on an order I placed six days ago, only to be told to “just wait” because it wasn’t important. Apparently my dog needing her medication isn’t a priority. The customer service representative, Will, even found it amusing and laughed when I asked to speak with a manager. I was then told there is no manager or person in charge, which really says everything about the level of service they provide.

They couldn’t confirm—or even deny—a delivery date, so now I’m forced to go to the vet and buy the pills again. What a complete waste of time and money.

Avoid this place on the Gold Coast.

Tracking unavailable

Not able to track items as royal mail stating tracking number is wrong, as its the weekend ill wait and see if it arrives...

After taking my money i had to re order and paid extra for next day delivery still waiting a week later. I have now received a refund for the first order. Disgusting customer service. I have had to take my dog back to the vet and ask for an emergency supply as he’s has scratched himself raw

Communication very poor

Ordered item on 28th. Communication has been very poor. I have no idea whether prescription has been accepted or not. Hopefully item has been dispatched but no idea as yet.

Absolutely disgusted with the service

Absolutely disgusted with the service, paid extra for next day delivery, 4th day later i called in to ask about my order and there telling me posting it today , what the heck i paid extra and waited for nothing!!! FUMING NEVER AGAIN

Made up rule for Px

I ordered apoquel 16mg chewable tablets and despite having a correct Px which lists "Apoquel 16mg Tablets". They declined my Px and said it must specifically list "chewable". This is after they took my £187.

Rather than waste my time going back to the vet to change this, potentially being charged another fee, I went to another site and asked them about this specifically and they said there were no issues whatsoever, the Px lists the dosage and not specifically the type of tablet therefore there is no issue ordering which.

I think it is incredibly poor that they take your money first before reviewing your Px. I asked for a refund and it will take up to 5 days. So now I am out of pocket twice as I had to order it from another website. I think this is incredibly poor. I was told this is part of new legislation, but this does not appear to be the case. The new legislation states the vet registration info and other identifiable information is on the Px, which was the case for mine, so there should be no issues. They told me the specific product code was listed on my Px, which it is not.

I will not be wasting my time submitting my Px's to this site again for them to decline over some other ridiculous small print issue.

A happy customer!

I specifically wanted to post a review regarding my recent purchase, as some of the latest reviews here showed bad experiences - I would like to state that my recent purchase went smoothly, and the product was delivered on time, in excellent condition. Initially, there were some issues with the website (adding card payment info): I emailed the company - engineers were working on the website, and it was soon working properly again. I ordered Solensia for my cat (a temperature-sensitive medicine): I emailed to request a specific delivery day. The product was delivered as requested, very well-packaged, with excellent updates about delivery. I will very happily order Solensia and other medicines from them again.
(Please note: the 4 stars is due to to the initial problems in placing the order, as this was a little time-consuming. However, once the order was actuallyplaced, the communication and service were excellent.)
